I am glad I came across your website, I was desperate and know one had the ice melt I needed Amazon was not going to get it to me until March 27;2021 and Home Depot was out of it.. I ordered and received it in less then a week it only took that long because of weather delay and I was updated daily.

Something's wrong at their lab
Originally bought a quart of their tech grade limonene off Amazon. Was great! Decided to buy a gallon direct - when it arrived, I opened the jug to find a disgusting mess of oily, milky amber colored trash instead of the clean, clear stuff I had before. Customer service has been difficult to get ahold of and did not offer to get to the bottom of the issue.
