Scam Scam scam people stay away from this website. It is not a legit website. I ordered clothing on July 5 never received them when I reached out to them. They gave me a fake tracking number and told me that my products was on the way they are full of crap. also sent me fake emails with misspelled words, saying that my order has been shipped this website is fake I have reported them to my bank along with the fraudulent unit people do not order from this website it is not real.

I had order some clothes from ur company July 4 hadn’t received it yet that not cool to seal people money

Oh No !!! here we go again !! why do I trust people. Should have read reviews. Ordered a month ago and never received anything. They have even had the cheek to charge shipping and insurance.

I did not receive my order. Tracking said it was delivered elsewhere. I want refunded

I'm so disappointed, after waiting a month for my delivery only to realise that I have been ripped off, its things like this, that put people off trusting genuine places that deal with real merchandise. they really are the scum of the earth when steeling from people who probably can't afford to lose money right now

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO BUY ANYTHING. THEY ARE THE BIGGEST SCAM EVER. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND I NEVER GOT A THING FROM THEM. THEY GAVE ME A FALSE TRACKING NUMBER AND ASSISTED THAT MY PACKAGE WAS ON ITS WAY. I REPORTED THEM TO THE BBB CALLED MY BANK AND TOLD THEM VIA EMAIL THAT I WAS GOING TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THEY ARE A SCAM AND DO NOT PLEASE, PLEASE PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING. WHEN THEY EMAIL YOU THE WORDING AND SPELLING IS NOT CORRECT. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY.

I never got my items. Several emails with a fake tracking number. Said they delivered my items and ask me to check with neighbors. LOL like everyone else I have cameras I get amazon packages daily. I also thought I was ordering from Shien. Its just sad.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. So, my mother decided to try buying clothes from them (they were operating under the website "S" (smmila.com). I unfortunately did not realize they were posing as a subgroup of Shein and let her buy an outfit. We ordered in on June 13, 2023. After a MONTH, it never arrived. Said the package was delivered (we have security on our home, we'd know if it were). Customer service is a damn joke; it's clearly automated, they will never offer you a refund, only a replacement no matter what you say. Just don't bother.

Order some clothes june 5 2023 never receive them n they another package is on the way they took my money an no clothes yet

Total Scam…do not order from these people. They give a tracking number and said delivered to mailbox/courtyard but I have cctv and no delivery. I am dealing with their customer service who probably dont exist so not sure why I am getting replies, probably robots. They offered 50% then 70% and now 90% which I wont accept because i sure as hell not giving out my cc number to them. Will report to my CC card company and trading standards.

I’m another stupid customer thought it was Shein clearance store only spent £30 but still really cross had lots of emails saying in transit then delivered-all rubbish, just playing with us!!!! Never ever trust anything on Facebook should have known it was a scam, but I will report this site to everyone on Facebook and warn them.

Oh dear, I did the unpardonable...I didn't look up reviews before I ordered :( I thought it was Shein initially then just assumed it was a sub subsidiary of Shein. Blast!!! I ordered a lot of clothing and so disappointed that I will never receive them. Tracking number was bogus and didn't exist. Totally my fault and loss for not checking out reviews.

I really wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this scam. I have reported the scam to face book. And I am in the process of having the bank reverse the charge. I can not stand a liar or a thief. I made an order for $49.99 just looking at the tracking lets me know this is definitely a scam. When I am done with them they are going to wish they never had any dealings with me. Don’t let this scam artist get away with your money file a complaint with your original payment method and copy paste all of the reviews on line. You will get your money back I knew this was to good to be true. I reached out to them to let them know I know this is a scam not one person has received their order.
And every last review says the same their order has not been received.They had the nerve to ask me to send them all the bad reviews please Give me a break!

This is a big scam and I filed a dispute with my cc. They provided a tracking number and boo. It no longer tracks and the website is unavailable. Ordered a SHEIN order on 6/22 and paid for express shipping m. What a ripoff.

I'm also a victim of this scam. The website has been linked to Shein. So you think your buying from them however when you HAVE paid, your order shows from factory clear. My order also never arrived. I had all the tracking details to check on transit. When I contacted them they gave me a date and time it had been delivered. They also said it had been signed for... however they could not provide me with evidence of this as their 'systems' was down... I could go on. After various too ing and froing of emails from them with ridiculous excuses, I still have not received my parcel or had a refund. I have now passed this onto my bank to try for a refund and investigate them. FACTORY CLEAR IS A SCAM AND DOES NOT EXIST. I am going to try and contact Shein to inform them that they have been hacked!!!!!

I have the same issue as all the others leaving a review. Thought it was SHEIN..bogus tracking number Saying it was signed for and delivered . Then when I complain I get these long winded , stupid emails saying a whole lot of nothing, I don’t know what the purpose is of them scamming people, but I’m keeping a close watch on my bank
account.
I also filed a dispute with my bank to get my money back .

I have not read one review where anyone received their merchandise

I ordered June 25, 2023. My order was in transit. Then delivered to US in Cary, NC. The funny thing is why would it be in transit in NC when clearly my shipping address is in Texas where I live. I received an email with pictures of items ordered, fake tracking number that sends you to a foreign website. I have emailed and have not received any response. I thought I was ordering from Shein but my bank statement says S Factory Clear. I should have know the 24 hour blitz sale was a scam. I'm upset because the items I ordered were for my husband and I on our honeymoon cruise in September. I'm waiting on my bank to finish their investigation so I can get my money back. NEVER EVER EVER ORDER FROM SHEIN / S FACTORY CLEAR AGAIN!!! IM POSTING MY SITUATION & THIS LINK ON MY FACEBOOK & OTHER SOCIAL MEDIA SITES TO WARN OTHERS!!!

I thought I was ordering from Shein. I paid and went to find my order on Shein and it wasn't there. I sent an email to them (their actual email address is not what you think) and they sent a tracking number. The tracking site was not any that I've ever seen. I asked how long it would take and no info on the tracking number. I received a thank you for your patience and then the tracking information appeared. The tracking information wasn't normal either. They said it was delivered on 7/13/23. It was not! They have not responded to any emails since then.

Ordered assuming from Shein and after checking their website, there was no evidence of my order. I then checked my bank account and found withdrawal made by factoryclear.com. My heart sank because I realized that something was "off". I looked up order on factoryclear website, there was a tracking number, my order with pictures showing 'Shipped'. Now, I figured that I should read their reviews only to confirm what I felt. A scam business and that more than likely, I was another victim. Dammit, why can't people be smart enough to have a legitimate business and stop stealing from others!! I want my money back, how can that happen??!???!
