Motivating message to FACTOR

4 weeks in service I wish to leave a motivating message to the Factor team. Excellent variety, good taste. Clean packing and ontime delivery. Excellent. Some tips; portions are just too small for some people, a warning message or Whatsapp that the choices for the upcoming order should be fixed 1 day ahead. Im so busy I sometimes forget to pick the dishes, I than get what I did not pick. It might be an idea to offer a variety of starters, I would surely pick 4 all the time. Desserts? In my case I don't mind the Euros too much, quality, variety and sufficient are important parameters. Cheap and poor is available at the supermarket.

Your suggestions are really valuable as well. We understand that portions might feel a bit small for some people, and we’ll make sure to share that feedback. The idea of an extra reminder (like via WhatsApp) is a good one too , especially when life gets busy. In the meantime, you could set up an automatic reminder in your own calendar (for example Google Calendar) so you don’t miss the selection deadline.

And we love your ideas about adding starters and desserts, that’s the kind of feedback we’re always happy to pass along.

Very good food but not creative after the 5 box

It is honest good food. Very well cooked and with a well-balanced combination. However, they do not vary enough. And after the 5th-10-meal-box, I’m not so enthusiastic about eating the same things over and over again. Certainly, there’s choice, a variable menu, but the food concept is the same. One or a few veggies cooked or steamed or mashed, a meat/fish/chicken/pork with sauce and/or cheese. Luxury problems, I know; however, I fear a lack of imagination. I still think it’s a great product and I find it a brilliant creative idea, but to me, to my needs and to my taste, it’s lacking creativity and variation. That’s my 2 cents.

My first experience

The customer service is good with a tasty meal. Although, i wasn't attended to on time. But my first experience here shows I will definitely come back to buy more. I need my girlfriend to taste this delicious meal hahaha

Nice and variable meals full of flavour…

Nice and variable meals full of flavour and good ingredients. Currently I am paying with 25% discount which I find reasonable. Once I have to pay full price that is I think too much.

I tried a one time box of 8 meals

I tried a one time box of 8 meals. Suddenly they booked me for a 5 box meal plan without my consent. I noticed this when the money was taken from my account. Bunch of scamartist with mediocre food. Not to mention they put PORK in my meals even though I explicitely stated I did not want this. Will never order from here again and I recommend everyone to avoid Factormeals, much better and friendlier suppliers out there.

Convenient but has much space for improvement

It is a very convenient service in this busy life of today. Timely delivery and quality (I don't know how high though) at affordable price. Concerning the food is tasty but there is always something that does not work with me, either too much garlic/onion overpowering everything or tasteless green beans. Also there are too many recipies with meat!!! I am writing this review hoping for improvement

Be extremely careful!!
I signed up only to try the current promotion: 6 meals for around €35. I created an account and added Apple Pay as the payment method (they charge €1 to “verify” your payment details and then refund it).

Once my account was created, I checked my meals for the following week and realized the promotion was not applied at all. I immediately tried to cancel, but that’s impossible, even though the delivery is scheduled ten days later. In other words, if you create an account, you are forced to pay for the first week, no matter what.

And here’s the scammy part: you cannot change or edit anything in your first order (conveniently the one you’re forced to pay for).

Customer service is an absolute disaster. There is no email address, no real way to get help, just a phone number that is permanently busy. I have never seen such a deliberately inaccessible and unprofessional customer support system.

This feels misleading at best and outright dishonest at worst. Avoid if you value transparency and basic customer rights

To clarify, when you sign up through a promotion, an active subscription is created, and the first box is automatically scheduled. Because our meals are planned, prepared, and sourced in advance, the first order can’t be changed or canceled once it’s been confirmed in the system. Maybe this wasn't clear enough during sign-up.
Regarding the promotion not being applied as expected: that’s absolutely not the experience we want for new customers. If a discount doesn’t apply correctly, our support team should review this and help find a solution, not leave you feeling stuck.
I'm also sorry about your experience with customer service. I know how frustrating it is when you need help and can’t reach someone quickly. Your feedback about accessibility and responsiveness is very clear, and it’s something we are actively working to improve.
I understand that trust and transparency are essential, especially when it comes to payments and subscriptions. Thank you for calling this out so directly, feedback like yours helps us identify where the process fails from a customer perspective.

I was charged unexpectedly.

A friend introduced me to Factor. Thanks to her, I was able to try out a box for free. But I was surprised to find that I had been charged €36.95. So I went back to the website and saw that a box delivery was scheduled for the following week. However, I never ordered another box. I never received any notification or email telling me that a new box would be delivered the following week. I have been unable to contact them by phone or email, and I cannot cancel the order on their website. I am very angry and deeply disappointed with their service.

Free try-out turned out to be a full paying subscription

A salesperson came by yesterday, selling their product as a free try-out. She ended up having a subscription for 6 meals per week. Online you can only stop te subscription but not the first order.
I called the office and they finally fixed the issue, no apology or action towards the sales person however.
They probably work on a commission but if you're looking for a way to kill your reputation in a market you're not yet even present in, keep this up. I can guarantee you this works!

The taste of the first meals was ok

The taste of the first meals was ok! Instead, the second order was delicious! What I would change? I think the plastic containers could be replaced by paper ones. However I like that vegetables and sauce are separate from the proteins! If you are looking to save your time instead of cooking, I highly recommend to give a try. There are plenty of options!

How dare you to give me a stupid credit for the meals that you did not send and then the credits that you gave me are not allowed to be used to already discounted order, but I still have like 10 orders which are already “discounted “ so i can not use the credit of the meals that I already paid for and you did not send?
