On the website it said that the device came with a pack of 10 standard elastic bands N ° 1 + a pack of 10 elastic bands N ° 2, but only the device came and apart from that the plastic container inside was broken.
It is also impossible to contact them, because the email does not exist. My email system bounces it.
The same thing happens with the phone number provided by the website, it does not exist. However, the device arrived.

This shopping experience was terrible
This shopping experience is particularly bad. I ordered it on October 11, but I haven't received it on October 18. I sent an email through the website to inquire about the delivery status, and it showed an email address error. I sent an email through the email address provided in the order confirmation email, and encountered the same situation. I also sent an email to them through the email address provided in the PayPal payment information, and the report still showed an email address error. It was not until I complained to PayPal that they sent me a shipping email, but they did not provide a tracking link for the package. I sent an email again, and still no response. I don't know what the problem is. I want to complain to PayPal for a refund.

I can t get in touch with you, I sent sever emails because I still did not receive my order and u said you shipped. All the emails I sent have been caning back to me. I even tried ur email address in Belgium .. no success also there, what to do to get in touch with u and ur attention? Thank u
