Ordered a pair for my wife's Christmas and the turn around time was pretty good! She absolutely loved them and i thought they turned out really well. I found the cropping tool in the create section was the best one out of the other sites i tried. Will definitely be using again.

Order some socks with my baby face on it. The impression is quite good, but putting 4 as the material is not as nice a coton. still my wife loved it. Nice for special custom socks.

Cute socks but a bit tight and very expensive. For a present you can do that one time but I don‘t order again.

Good socks but theyarrived After the date displayed on the website

Took ages to arrive, and they are really bad quality - can’t even read the words on them. I can’t imagine they will last long at all.

Did not get delivery, nor was I compensated. Full payment for nothing.

I ordered two pairs of socks with the fae cutout and they arrived (after a long time) with the wrong design (the faces were not cutout, they had simply printed square pictures onto the socks).
I wrote to customer service explaining my issue on the 24th of March, they took a week to reply and didnt answer my query at all, just stated that they can see the socks have been delivered…. So I had emailed back explaining that the delivery was not my issue, it’s now the 8th of April and I still haven’t had a reply.

I made the mistake of believing this company's advertising on social media that the product would arrive in time for Mother's Day. It arrived *two weeks* after Mother's Day. Also, the socks are made from cheap polyester. I was expecting a much better quality given the cost and time it took for them to arrive. The customer service emails relating to the delay were unapologetic and robotic (likely AI generated). Just an awful consumer experience. Avoid this seller like the plague.

The order process was simple and uploading the photo simple. I was given order updates regularly and they arrived when promised. The quality was great and the reproduction of our dog was spot on.

But the quality of the socks are not the best… after 3 times of wearing the socks doesn’t look good

Shipping took more than 2 weeks and the socks quality is really bad.... do not buy

The package are fine but the quality of the socks are not like the picture on the website…. Thet don’t look the same like in the picture..

It's now January 7th and still nothing.
