Dr Serge Steenen was recommended by two colleagues. He was professional and explained the procedure well. I felt very safe. It was comfortable throughout and over with quickly.
The only downside was the long waiting list!

Cane from the uk to have my op they was very nice felt uneasy at dr Jon and his apprentice was talking to each other threw out my surgery however I’ve emailed them 3 times to ask fir a face time call of Jon as I’m a little worried 2 months on still got 2 lumps from my stitches to be told to wait I’m still recovering etc etc so not the best aftercare still eating in a call to this day reagarding my lumps just wonted him to look at them to put my mind at ease in case u need to return no good aftercare

I had my eye lid surgery on the 30th December. I was a little nervous to be honest, but as soon as I was met by Dr Robin. She talked me through every part of the procedure and made me feel at ease. From start to finish it took about 25 mins. You feel nothing. Since I got home there is still no pain just a little tightness and itchy where its healing. For anyone that is thinking of getting it done and are nervous there is simply nothing to be nervous about.

My sister and I saw Dr Murielle on 12th May, which would have been our late father’s birthday, so we took this as a good sign. We had a video call together prior to our appointment as we wanted to have the surgery one after the other. We stayed overnight at the Radisson Blu hotel, which is a 5 minute walk away. On the day it took about half an hour each to have the upper blepharoplasty done and we flew back to UK later the same day. Dr Murielle is lovely and calm, and we had a wonderful experience. We are both absolutely thrilled with our results. Thank you.

I had a really positive experience with Faceland this morning. Dr Serge Steenan performed my eyelid surgery. From the moment he called me for my appointment I was made to feel very comfortable. He explained what he was going to do beforehand and kept me updated throughout. He also gave me instructions for aftercare and I couldnt be happier with his professionalism and expertise. My surgery appointment lasted around 45mins which was longer than I expected but I was happy that the surgery wasn't rushed. Really happy with Serge Steenan. I'd researched him and can see that his results ate consistently excellent 👏

Had upper bleph with dr jort fekkes he was fantastic i had complications during my procedure he was very reassuring acted fast they were easy to contact after highly reccomend best thing i ever did

Dr Serge did my upper eye lid surgery, and I was so pleased I chose him to do this procedure now. After following faceland for nearly a year I made my consultation appointment date booked for 10th Dec 2025. Met Dr Serge on the day he explained the procedure.
What a lovely man, very professional, made me feel at ease.Stitch removal day 9 as told healing not as good.on the left side ( bruising n swelling worse ) not quite healed as well. Cleaned the area after stitch removal and placed a small steri strip back over it to continue to heal
I'm so pleased with the final results, the surgeon, the clinic, the price everything
Highly recommend face land Amsterdam

I made this trip on my own. I took a flight from Stansted to Eindhoven, then took a bus (no.400 or 401) from the airport which cost £2.32(!) to the centre of town. I booked a hotel called Westcord and it was only a 10 min walk from the bus terminal.
The procedure went by very quickly, it was mostly pain free, I found the measuring of the skin the most painful as he had to use tweezers to pull the skin up. The injection wasn't a problem nor the quarterising, stitching or taping. I have a very low pain threshold so if I can do it I'm sure most people can cope. It's obviously a surgical environment so there's no issues there. Dr Ramaker was lovely, very personable and guides you through the process. There's also a very nice nurse assisting too.

2 weeks post opp and so happy with the results no complications and the surgery was quick and easy Robin was my surgeon and she was very reassuring and kind so happy I got this done one of my biggest insecurities now fixed THANKYOU XX

We’re do I start, the service was fantastic!
I messaged faceland 2 weeks ago had my FaceTime consultation the week after with jort fekkes who done my surgery, an had my surgery the week after that … it was so quick and painless. They were so lovely made me feel at ease.
I have took my stitches out this morning and I am over the moon with the results.
So thank you very much to the team there at faceland especially jort fekkes.

Dr Serge was amazing, clinic was clean and well decorated. Staff were so helpful, procedure was super fast 40 mins and done and walking round Amsterdam 10 mins later. No issues at all with procedure, BUT only thing let's it down reminder day before needs a clearer e-mail with address where to go
I got in an uber after getting address from Google as could not find it in my emails at all.
There are 2 face land clinics ( I now know) so beware as 20 mins apart
One does Bottox n filler only that's in the city center and the surgery faceland ( eyelids)is near the airport so don't make same mistake I made, I was 30 mins late but rang through and no probs I still was seen

The service with faceland from start to finish was excellent extremely professional

Hi I had a wonderful experience dr Thomas ramakas was so lovely and patient and put me at ease as I was so nervous. I didn’t feel any pain and currently on day one recovery can’t wait for results

All In all I had a very pleasant experience. Procedure was done very quickly and I’ve experienced no pain at all since the surgery (26hrs) the surgeon was fabulous and made me feel totally at ease, shame the same can’t be said for the receptionists. As the ‘face’ of the company and the first people you meet upon entering the clinic, albeit a little anxious.. I just think they could be friendlier and smile more, I feel I had a rather cold welcome which made me feel slightly uneasy. However, as soon as the surgeon called me through he was very friendly, explained everything clearly and put any anxiousness I had to bed. Even throughout the procedure the surgeons were talking me through everything, keeping me at ease and I even had a giggle during the procedure! Afterwards the surgeons again explained the after care process and handed me an aftercare kit which contained all the essentials needed. The surgeon even walked me back to the reception where my partner was waiting for me as I felt slightly light headed. I would definitely recommend Faceland to anyone looking to get and upper blepheroplasty done, I cannot wait to see the results once my eyes are fully healed. The clinic it’s self is lovely and very clean, looks can be deceiving from the outside as it looks like an office block but once inside it’s very clinical.

Came in from UK. Had a shopping day Wednesday. I had Dr Mustafa Mali for surgery on Thursday, he was really nice. Chatted throughout, felt at ease. Flying home today Friday, really good results could not be more pleased. Thankyou Dr Mustafa

I had my blepharoplasty 2 weeks ago with Jort Fekkes at the Faceland clinic in Amsterdam.
Despite going to the wrong clinic (totally my fault) I was reassured and not made to feel a nuisance despite turning up late. Procedure was about 30 mins and very professionally carried out (all hygiene measures implemented and medical checks carried out)
I found the initial injections quite brutal but it was all over before I knew it.
Now just two weeks on, and despite bruising in the days after, my eyelids look absolutely fantastic - no more struggling with vision or experiencing the headaches that I was suffering with before. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this clinic that was recommended to me by a GP in the UK.

I’m 3 days in after having my upper blethoraplasty. And the experience was very good. Dr steenan did my procedure and he was brilliant from start to finish, I’m still abit swollen but have no pain at all. I’d recommend Faceland without hesitation. Very professional and they look after you very well.

Faceland Clinic is honestly wonderful. The waiting room’s beautiful, they’ve got drinks if you need them, and even though I went in really nervous, Dr. Ramakers talked me through everything and calmed me right down. The local was a bit nippy, but after that I felt no pain at all just him working away.
Expect pain and swelling after. It’s all normal.
