This is straight-up false advertising. The mug you show on your website looks premium, detailed, and almost 3D — what I received is a cheap, flat print that looks nothing like it. The quality is awful, the colors are dull, and the whole thing feels like a low-budget knockoff.

You are clearly misleading customers with edited or fake images just to make sales. This is not a “small difference” — it’s a completely different product.

Stop scamming people and take responsibility for what you’re selling. I will not be ordering again and I strongly warn others to stay away.

Be careful. This cheaters. U will receive cheap acrylic chain lockers. Their return policy on web site is - fake. After 2 weeks mailings they agreed return 50% .. 3 weeks gone away- from them nothing, complaining that problem with my bank. On request share transaction bill to my account ..they switch on stupids mode…
This is cheaters.

I ordered a personalized decorative item from this company for $39, based on the product images and description on their website. What I received was a thin, low-quality plastic/acrylic ornament that looked nothing like what was advertised. The material, print quality, finish, and overall appearance were vastly inferior to the product shown online.

The website clearly states that “orders can be canceled, returned, or exchanged freely if there are problems in quality.” My complaint was explicitly about quality and inaccurate representation, not a change of mind. Despite this, the company repeatedly refused to issue a full refund and instead tried to negotiate partial refunds, first 15%, then 30%, then 50%.

They justified this by saying the item was “personalized” and could not be resold — which is not the customer’s responsibility and is not mentioned anywhere as an exclusion in their refund policy. At the same time, they demonstrated they were able to process refunds, just unwilling to refund the full amount.

I was eventually told to go through PayPal for a refund, Paypal referred me back to the seller. This left me stuck in a loop where the seller acknowledged the issue but still refused to honor their own stated terms and give me a refund.

In short:

- Product not as described
- Quality far below what was advertised and priced
- Refund policy not honored
- Long, exhausting back-and-forth instead of fair resolution

I would strongly caution others against purchasing from this company, as you may not receive what is advertised and may struggle to get a proper refund even when their own policy says you should.

The items are completely different as they look in the pictures shown on the website. Absolutely it is not worth buying them, money wasted.

Please, please please save your money. I paid thirty five dollars for cheap plastic key chain that can't be worth no more than one dollar.. I have pictures but can't submit.... And the return policy is outrageous lesson Learned people

So disappointed! The item i received is no where close to what the item displayed looked like. I paid $35 for a cheap piece of plastic with a decal on it. Total “Bait N Switch”

Item I received is nothing alike the one I ordered, totaly different items

I order over a month ago and have yet to receive my item. When I check the tracking it says “status unknown”. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift that I’m guessing I’ll never receive.

I ordered and never received my order. Come to find out my address wasn't complete. But I was never contacted about it. I'd still like my order or my money back since they haven't tried to fix the issue.

Still don't have it, I ordered it on December 8, not happy

This company's products are not as described I'm beyond disappointed with my purchase. The product is unfinished with sharp edges and only place for it is I the recycling bin.
Now they are refusing to give me a full refund.
Disgraceful!!

Timing
On the web site it says 2-3 days to make and them 2-5 business to get to me.
Well I got and email and now they are saying 7-15 business days so I won't have it for christmas like their web site said I would

What you see and what you get are two different things. Very tiny. Not what I expected. Not what I receive from other companies I did business with in the past. Their customer support basically said too bad.

Well when I got to the end of my order and checked out it kicked my card out and said it was unable to fulfill order. My bank called me and that was their doing they wanted to make sure that I was really using my card. So when I went back to get my order through it was excepted instantly.

Please beware- picture of item depicted on their website is NOTHING like the actual product. Looks like a proper ornament on their website but is actually just a cheap print on a piece of acrylic... a total rip-off at USD20 each!! See photos attached.

I like the unique options that you have. I hope the pricing is reflected in the quality.
