Quality product.

firstly they messed up my order giving me two gold bracelets instead of one gold and one silver. the shipping took longer than expected or estimated. the product was as described but the process wasn’t as seamless as they’ve portrayed it to be on social media. the worst part is their inability to actually respond to enquires. i contacted them as soon as i received my order to figure out the exchange process but they haven’t responded (it’s been three days and they claim to respond within 24 hours). i also contacted them as soon as i placed my order (almost a month ago now) and they never replied except for their automated message acknowledging they’ve received an email. overall i’m upset w the service itself w the mess up of my order and the inability to actually communicate w clients, the product itself was decent enough. i wouldn’t buy off them again but i’ve made the most out of the $80 i wasted here.

Boyfriend loved the chain! It’s very good quality and comes in cute packaging. Only complaint is that it did take longer than expected to come in (11 days) so keep that in mind!

I got my gift on the 13th and by midnight i gave her the beautiful heart shaped necklace with the ingraving of our initials and the message Always Forever with a sentimental text message she felt so special and it really made our valentines day memorable experience

Was a bit sceptical initially. However I have to be honest it is great. The whole package comes together nicely and overall is a great present. Takes time to arrive however and better clarity on delivery would be good. Overall however I would happily buy it again.

I liked the braclets, they were ok albeit a little on the expensive side for what they are. None the less, after having to cut it off for a hospital appointment, I ordered some clasps that did not state the amount.......over £10 for 2 small clasps plus delivery!?! That I was not pleased with.

I ordered it in December for the New Year, now it's February and I haven't received anything and the order status is "error". It's been 2 weeks since I requested a refund and they are ignoring me.

I will never order from this company again. Ordered a Valentines gift for my wife almost two weeks ago and still showing that its still in China. So safe to say its not getting here on time. Great job Fabulove 😡

It came out so cute. I love it

The order arrived very quickly even though it came from far away. I received constant updates throughout the process. The bracelets look exactly like in the pictures on the website, and the quality is outstanding (I’ve swum, skied, and used the sauna while wearing it, and it’s still perfectly intact). I went through airport security with it and had no issues. It’s an extraordinary idea and I highly recommend it.
