Anastasiya and her team are truly the best! We reached out to Anastasiya to help us plan a trip to Positano, Italy. She was so communicative, efficient, and planned the best trip (plus a surprise proposal) that we have ever experienced. You can tell she truly cared that we enjoyed it and got the trip we were imagining. The process was seamless and Anastasiya made the best itinerary consisting of the perfect balance of fun activities and downtime to explore how we wished. Every single restaurant she recommended and booked for us was AMAZING! The activities were high quality and some of the best you'll find in the area. She was genuinely excited to be part of the proposal planning and helped make the entire experience so special and a memory we will cherish forever. We also had a team member available to us throughout our stay for questions but we didn't even need her because everything had been planned and organized so well. I would trust Anastasiya with any trip and I will certainly recommend her to anyone looking for travel in her areas of expertise. If you are considering using Fabulous Vita for your trip, DO IT! We recently returned from an incredible two week trip to Italy planned entirely by Fabulous Vita, and I can't recommend them highly enough. We worked with Anastasiya, who was an absolute pleasure from our very first conversation through the end of our trip. Her communication was prompt, thorough, and genuinely warm. It honestly felt less like working with a travel agent and more like a good friend was planning our trip for us.
We're a multi-generational family of five (parents, two young adult kids, and a grandmother), which can make trip planning tricky, but Anastasiya nailed it. We based ourselves in Bologna and Rome for six nights each, with day trips to Venice, Florence, Naples/Pompeii, and Sorrento. Every detail was thought through, including private guides, skip the line passes, private drivers, and even a private water taxi in Venice, plus business class seats on the high speed trains between cities.
What stood out most was how well they balanced everyone's needs. The private tours meant we could move at Grandma's pace without anyone feeling rushed or left out, while still giving the younger members of our group an active, engaging itinerary. It felt truly custom built for our family, not a cookie cutter package.
A few days before our trip, my wife got sick and we weren't sure we'd be able to go. Anastasiya took our call on a weekend and walked us through all the financial implications if we needed to reschedule, no hesitation at all. Thankfully my wife recovered just in time and we were able to travel as planned. As it turned out, our trip coincided with one of the worst heat waves Italy has seen. Anastasiya proactively reviewed our entire itinerary and made adjustments to help minimize the impact, like moving an activity that would have been in direct sun to the evening instead of peak afternoon heat, and swapping an outdoor activity for an indoor one during the hottest part of the day.
On top of the planning itself, every single guide, driver, and tour operator they arranged was communicative ahead of time and right on schedule. We didn't have a single logistical issue the entire trip, which made everything feel effortless. FabulousVita is also available on WhatsApp throughout your trip, almost like a personal concierge. We reached out a couple of times for small modifications and questions along the way, but honestly, the trip was planned so well that we barely needed to use it.
If you're looking for a travel agency that treats your trip like it's their own, and one that goes above and beyond when things don't go according to plan, Fabulous Vita is it. My wife and I are already starting to think about going back to Italy to explore some other areas, just the two of us this time, and we will absolutely be giving Anastasiya a call when we are ready to plan that trip.

The planning and scheduled activities made it so much easier for the travelers and saved so much time. We did not have any delays or glitches because of the well planned itinerary.
The restaurants were excellent. The activities were amazing and our accommodations were wonderful!

Five stars does not say enough about our trip to Italy, the Dolomites, Austria and Germany planned through Fabulous Vita. They handled everything perfectly and our experience will be cherished forever.

The FV team helped us navigate a delayed train and missed connection flawlessly and made a potential disaster a mere temporary delay.

3 Week Vacation in Italy and Greece

Best trip ever.
Fabulous Vita took our plan for a trip to Italy and turned it into an itinerary that catered to our every desire. They set up a Zoom call for half an hour, but as we talked over our plans and what we hoped to do, the call expanded to well over an hour. They willingly set up a second call to review plans and details. They took what we wanted and made suggestions based on their experience that added to our trip. We are experienced travelers, and this was not our first trip to Italy, but what Fabulous Vita did took this trip to the next level. The hotels were as much a part of the experience as the cities we visited. The tours, cooking classes, experiences were better than what we are used to-fewer people, more personalized attention. Throughout the planning process we would email and ask "can you set this up?", "can we do this?", and they reworked to plan to make it happen, even after the itinerary was finalized. But the most important thing Fabulous Vita did was stay in constant contact with us, responding quickly to any issues, concerns or questions we had-they were always only a phone call away. As the trip progressed, they stayed on top of any changes in timing, and adjusted the schedule as needed. Knowing they were available added a layer of comfort to the experience that allowed us to travel worry free. Any issue, even a question about the best way to find a taxi one night, we took to them and they always came through. As my wife said when we got home from our trip "this is the only way to travel from now on".

This is the second trip that I have used Fabulous Vita for our arrangements. Every detail meets or exceeds our expectations! They will be assisting me with another trip this fall and I know I will have the same great service. I highly recommend them!!

I would like to say that we have never been treated so well. From a perfect itinerary, to stress free arrangements. Response to questions was always quick and helpful. the accommodations were lovely and really gave us a true Italy experience. Easy to work with and made our trip to Europe very memorable!

We cannot thank Anastasia and Pierre more. Their attention to detail, understanding who and what we wanted, and their experience allowed our first trip to Italy to be absolutely FABULOUS!! Our 8 days whirlwind trip from Florence to Montepulciano and back to Rome was phenomenal. Their videos allowed us to dream our vision and make that vision come to life!! Everything was spectacular from the transportation, restaurant recommendations, to the tours, to the boutique hotels; all with exceptional service. The highlights of our trip was definitely our relaxing stay at Stelle di’ Monte in Montepulciano and the Rome by Fiat and Vespa with Erion Kurti! The service and the Michelin Star dinner provided by Nathalie and Igor at Stelle will never be forgotten and either will the fiat tour by Erion! We saw so much in so little time. We came back with a true meaning and understanding of “LIVE LOVE LAUGH” that the Italian people taught us!

Fabulous Vita was definitely the best thing that happened to my wife and I while trying to plan for our first trip to Rome and Florence, Italy!

Anastasiya met with us via video conference to get to know us, our interests, hobbies and must-have preferences for our trip. She took her time, took notes, and asked a lot of really great questions. Shortly after the call, she created a bespoke itinerary for our review. After a couple back-and-forth's the final itinerary came to life.

We were super excited for our trip, but also nervous about what the expect in a foreign country that we didn't speak the language and have a deep understanding of the culture. Let me tell you, all our concerns immediately melted away upon leaving the airport and starting our adventure.

Pierre (Co-Founder) was constantly checking in and making sure our experience was going according to plan. All the logistics were meticulously planned and seamlessly executed during the entirety of the trip and we were put at such ease.

Everything was fabulous (pun intended)! All our experiences - tours, guides, access, private transfers, engagement, meals and even recommendations for us during our free time - was PERFECT!

Our Italy trip was absolutely incredible thanks to this amazing travel agency.

The tour guides in Verona, Bergamo, Florence, and Ravenna were outstanding, and the Bologna food tour was such a fun highlight. Venice felt truly magical, especially with the seamless private water transfers. The hidden Venice tour left us wanting more, as it was not so “hidden.”

My wife & I have enjoyed 15 trips to Italy before two years ago. Now I have had 3 major surgeries & a nasty stroke that affects my mobility. The only way my wife would travel with me is if we had help at our destinations. Anastasia did an amazing job of planning every step with wheelchairs available & expert help. She went above & beyond in helping us to have a beautiful trip. It was worth what we paid, thank you.

I contacted Fabulous Vita, several months ago, about helping us with our trip to Italy. My husband and I watched, the owner, Anastasia on YouTube and she mentioned her travel agency. Our experience has been beyond our expectations! My husband has had some health issues causing mobility struggles. Anastasia and her agents organized wheelchairs and assistance at trains stations, private drivers to train stations, airports and accommodations and kept in contact with us to see if we needed any additional help or information. Everything has been so professional. We would not have been able to travel to Italy, without their help and support. We are more than grateful and will refer many friends to the company.
