I would like to warn future customers about buying a prom dress from this site. My daughter bought a dress for her prom after doing careful measurements. She received a dress that did not fit and was a different color than on the website photo. After many emails back and forth and the company requiring she take photos and asking repeatedly why she needed to return the dress and not accepting the reasons, they only agreed to refund 60% of the cost, in addition to requiring that the dress be sent to China, where the dress was made. This involved very expensive shipping costs for the return and over two months to acknowledge receipt and numerous emails. This resulted in wasted money, time, and very unprofessional service. I have never had such a bad experience with any return. Do not do business with them.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I ordered a six, even though she is a four, so that I could take it in some. It fit like a 2. It was too tight in the shoulders. She couldn't lift her arms above her shoulders. I took it to a seamstress and it can't be fixed, not nay extra material to make it larger.
The length was fit for a six foot woman, way too long for a size six. I contacted them and they only want to give me $50 back for a $178.00 purchase. This was decided after about 5 emails back and forth. I also did not realize they were located in China. This needs to be made aware on their website. I will never use the again and not recommend them to anyone. In fact, I will tell everyone to stay away from them.

Beautiful dress! ordered 3 for my bridesmaids and am so pleased with them. I ordered them to size and although the length needs taking up quite alot they fit lovely and we cant wait to see them all on on on the wedding day!
