I strongly advise against FABULARIS…

I strongly advise against FABULARIS Immobilien Management GmbH.
- Communication is very poor (emails and calls often go unanswered).
- When we moved out of an apartment in Vienna’s 9th district, it took a while to recover our security deposit.
We were also charged €959 without clear explanation, as well as a boiler repair that had initially been indicated as covered (by written).
Despite multiple requests and emails, we have received no response for over three months now.
In our view, this reflects a lack of diligence and good faith from FABULARIS. Avoid this agency !
