Ordered self cover buttons. They arrived promptly but were unsuitable for my needs. Was able to return them for a refund without hassle. However Alice was very helpful offering to cover my buttons for me in my fabric at no charge. Pleased to say she certainly went the extra yard😁 and I would have no hesitation in buying from them again. Was also able to talk to them directly on the phone, which is in itself quite an achievement. They could give a lot of other companies lessons in customer service. Thank you.
