About 15 times my payment was declined. Clearly multiple banks don’t trust this website.

Shocking customer service; plus continuing to take my money when I was assured my membership had been cancelled! I was re-signed up without my knowledge just over a month ago. When I contacted customer service (live chat) it took an hour and 3 agents (all possibly AI) to resolve. Each time Id get somewhere with an agent the 'connection would drop' and Id have to start all over again with a new agent trying to get me to stay signed up by offering me deals. By the end I was assured my membership was cancelled and no further payments would be taken. Well its a month later and they've just taken another £59.99 from my account. This is a nightmare and I am beyond frustrated and angry.

£59.99 was taken from my account by Fabletics without my knowledge. I never signed up for any subscription, so I have no idea why this happened. Taking money like this, especially when people are already struggling with everyday expenses, is completely unacceptable

Absolutely disgusting customer service and business. I cancelled two weeks before becoming a member yet this company took £59.99 and you could not cancel straight away… they give you 30 days to process! I would stay away from purchasing anything from this company.

Great product. Terrible customer experience. The whole credit thing is such a scam and relies on your forgetting to skip. Their checkout process is also horrendous. Even when there is nothing to pay because you’re using credit and the delivery is free they still want all of your credit card info. Really is a horrendous experience all round. Can’t wait to get rid of these credits they’ve hoodwinked me into buying so I can cancel my member ship and be done.

I received an email saying I would receive free shorts with my order if I wrote the code SHORTS4YOU , but there was no option to write this code at the checkout and I was about to be billed for them.

I came onto
Your website as I wanted the 2 leggings for £19
I’ve spent hours trying to find right leggings and how to get the deal
But still
Could get the offer despite it being advertised still. And a free sports bra , I got nothing for free and didn’t get the offer.
Also every time I collect ladies it directed me to men’s joggers constantly
If I wanted men’s joggers the offer was there

Great clothing and offers - the VIP credit membership is fine as long as you remember to skip the month if you don't want anything. The main problem is trying to speak with a human being if you have any issues - I spent over 20 minutes trying to resolve an issue - couldn't even speak to a person when I called on the phone - the bot just kept going round and round in circles!

Rubbish.
Subscription model is a retail and commercial disgrace. Absolute mission to cancel as well. I emailed them twice, got ignored and was charged for another month.
I paid £60 for 1 VIP credit. The majority of their stock is always sold out. Whatever is left is priced at £20-£30 so I'd have bought a £60 credit to buy £25 Tshirt. Ridiculous.
Clothing is decent quality but very common quality so nothing special and most certainly not worth the Subscription and headache.
It's just a rubbish business.

Everything i place an order via the app - it always defaults with an error or no billing address- which is incorrect!! Very frustrating
Most time i miss out on items and the customer service is closed/

Scam like activity when you try to purchase an item
Always advertising online like 2 pairs of shorts or joggers for just £19 which is all well and good until you get to the checkout and It says once you complete this purchase you will be enrolled into our vip membership which is £60 a month but oh you can cancel at anytime but your support staff are no help and it just causes many people to be scammed every month all because they think this is acceptable
