Exceptional first experience
My first experience with this company has been outstanding.
I spoke to a very polite and patient gentleman on the phone about the Aniera Hand-woven Scalloped Rug. I was a bit abrupt as I was in a hurry, but he was calm and helpful; answered my questions with patience; made some well-considered suggestions, when I wasn't sure if the rug was right for me; and was very considerate of my time.
I ended up choosing the Aniera rug anyway. Having now received it, it is beautiful - a heavy rug, and clearly exceptional quality. It looks just like the picture on their website and is exactly what I was looking for. It was dispatched almost immediately and arrived in a few days, with minimal packaging, so no waste. The price is beyond value for money - as it was 49% off.
Having now also read up about this company, it seems they are dedicated to small scale production with local craftspeople, committed to sustainability, and make a promise of fair price – which has made me even happier about my purchase.
I will definitely be buying from Fableroom again.

From delivery to quality of the product, all has been first class. We are so pleased with our Wool rug. We had been searching for a decent rug for our new LVT flooring, but large quality rugs were so expensive. This rug is of a very high quality and looks lovely in our living room. Also, customer service were very helpful when I phoned to ask questions pre purchase. I would highly recommend this company.

Very expensive return process
Very expensive return process - also ridiculous policy that you have to return in the original packaging, luckily I still have this, but now I have to force a rug back into a tiny cylinder package that was mostly cut up to get the rug out in the first instance.

Was not as expected and the way it was packaged meant that I couldn't return as I couldnt get the rug back into its original packaging which is what is required for a return. Looked better on the photos than in real life.

The mirror I bought was delivered really quickly and efficiently, the driver even rang ahead to say exactly when he would arrive.
