Very good customer service, my girlfriend was very happy with the product.

Leggings too small. I contacted the company twice by email and filled out a form requesting a larger size in return. I've heard nothing.

They are not a real company - no communication after ordering - size wrong when arrived and won't communicate. Have had to raise a dispute with my bank

Ordered a pair of LARGE leggings as I’m between a 12 and a 14…they come up so small…almost like putting on compression socks. Have emailed asking for a full refund upon sending them back. Get told they’ll give me a store credit..I have emailed them to state that my consumer right is to get a full refund as this is well within the 14 days of receiving them (got them yesterday 16th January) and they aren’t bothering to respond. I am now in the process of reporting them to Trading Standards.

Got 2 out of 4 items wrong, tried contacting several times with no response so no refund. Avoid.

I believe this to be a scam I'm afraid. They are unable to provide me the carrier name or tracking number and despite 3 requests, they still have not informed me. Still waiting on delivery. I would definitely avoid.

Delivery took 9 days, leggings were fine, cannot complain for the price

Ordered 4 pairs of leggings. Only only one pair turned up. The ones that turned up were poor quality. Definitely not worth the money.

This seller is not registered with UK companies house and I suspect is buying goods from Temu at a third of the price they are charging you. The photos they use are the same as listed on Temu which I eventually received after a two week wait which is somewhat disappointing in this day and age.
I should have seen the red flags before ordering... the poor reviews, a gmail address for their email and a mobile number for their telephone. Their refund policy states "In most cases we offer credit notes as a refund or an exchange where applicable" is not legal. They make a point in their T & C's they are governed under UK law but yet do not appreciate that under distance selling regulations they must refund a buyer within 14 days of receiving the goods back and no reason need be given. Communication could have been better. Although I did receive my order some others it would seem have not been so lucky. I certainly feel as though I've been had by vastly overpaying for something that is available elsewhere at a fraction of the cost. Caveat emptor.

Really scammy company - Stay clear!

No customer service at all, just an email address. Never received item and no response to emails. Lost £32 to these scammers. AVOID

Bought a pair of fleece lined leggings. They look suspiciously like the leggings from Chinese company Temu which are a third of the price! Clever photography makes the fleece lining look a lot thicker than it actually is. Outer layer is very thin and most seams are not double stitched so not sure how long they will last. Really not worth the money. Shipping was pathetically slow and clearly from China, no on line tracking was available until I queried it with Fab Fit Leggings. One good point though, they are actually very warm and comfortable. That is the only reason I give 3 stars, otherwise it would have been 1 star.

U.K. company not so sure. Items order but came from China weeks later. Quality poor not like advertised. Customer service not so good. Be aware

Terrible customer service and no refund given for a returned item.
I received my item with no paperwork whatsoever so when I tried to return them as they didn't fit I was told I would receive store credit. I questioned how they would link this to my order and their solution was me sending a handwritten note with the item including the order number. I never received a refund or any store credit after returning the item and have had no response when emailing to try and chase this.
So they basically took my money and I do not have a product to show for it. Disgusting, not a trustworthy company at all.

After ordering, I then saw all the terrible reviews online and started to get worried. I received a confirmation email, but no dispatch/tracking/delivery information so tried emailing them for an update, but got no response. I assumed I'd been duped and resigned myself to the fact that it was likely a scam. BUT, surprisingly, I've just received the leggings 2 weeks after ordering and they're great! I would definitely be wary about ordering given the lack of communication, but I can confirm it is not a scam.

I too never received my order in nearly 2 months. No phone number or UK business site, yet they claim to be UK based. Complete scam

*UPDATE* 'We are a genuine UK-based company' - I checked them out on Companies House. They don't exist in the UK. No telephone number for contact. Suspicious contact patterns. 7 weeks, and no goods, no refund. PLEASE DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID
