Over the years, FFF's service has deteriorated. Poorly packed shipping boxes, missing items, expired products, and unresponsive customer service.
For example, this fall season (underway currently), I had three boxes. Of those boxes: two had 4 items missing and the other had 2 missing items. It was a nightmare to deal with cust serv and I'm still waiting on responses for two outstanding issues.
Another example, last season I purchased Augustinus Bader hair product. It was expired (confirmed by thr manufacturer). I alerted FFF to inform other customers. They did not.
Instead of a refund, they gave me credit. Credit, in simpler terms, means they hold your money hostage. Forcing you to shop again.
Co-founders do not address any concerns they are tagged to in the forum. Members want to hear from them.
Unfortunately, I have two subscriptions that run until spring and summer of 2026. Unless I see major improvements, I will not renew after 8 years of being a member.

I received a shattered pie dish and have asked for a replacement. I have yet to hear back from anyone about when or if it has been shipped.

Missing my fall box that was shipped over two weeks ago. Looks like they are now using a very sketchy delivery service that has many negative reviews stating packages posted as undeliverable when they are, stolen packages etc. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and they keep telling me I have wait up to 2 more weeks for resolution. I’ve been a great customer for years but I won’t be renewing.

I absolutely love Fab Fit Fun! I've been a member for about 5 years now. I love picking products that I've used before and discovering new brands in the process. Not only do I love the fact that I can fully customize my box, but I enjoy interacting with the FFF community. The connections I've developed over the years is phenomenal. They have been changes that make it a bit easier to manage and make it even more worthwhile to be a member.

Most people are obsessed with the products, I would respectfully disagree. The best thing about FFF is the Customer Service. The policies and representatives are incredible and very reasonable. All class and none of the money grab. Highly recommend FFF!

I love getting the seasonal FFF box, especially when I can customize it just the way I want. However, this box had an item that didn't make the trip unscathed. Never fear, the FFF customer service took care of the issue promptly and to my complete satisfaction.

I've only had 3 issues with products missing, or a box not delivered, I contacted customer service and were very helpful at solving the problem gave me options of a refund , I'd prefer my missing products I'm currently waiting for my fall 2025 missing products so waiting for that other then that all is good

She was very professional and solved my problem right away. The wrong address was put on my box and I’m not at my house due to surgery one foot and a fracture in the other. She was able to send a message to redirect my box.

An item was missing from my fall box and the customer service rep said I could have a credit. When I said I was disappointed because I really wanted the item she offered me a replacement. I was happy with the result.

So far, my experience has been really good. I like that you can have credit if you don't like items or boxes to use in the shop. I like the sales. There are so many good products. I am so excited to use products I have never tried before!
