I ordered a wig and received it after a few weeks. The wig did not measure 10 inches and was extremely thin. I wrote to the company and requested a refund. They responded by asking me for video and picture proof of the length and density. I sent photos and video. They then responded that because I didn’t “stretch the wig” it didn’t reach the advertised length. I have never had to stretch a wig. They offered $20 off and I declined as I didn’t want the wig because it is not what I paid for nor was it what was advertised as it was. They then offered $25 off. I declined that too because again, the wig was subpar and falsely advertised. I will never purchase from this company again and wouldn’t recommend these wigs to anyone who cares how they look or how they spend their money.
