Stop supporting companies that are literally scamming people. The company PayPal was in favor of, delivered my package to the wrong address. Their photo helped me locate my package at the wrong address. I retrieved it only to find that the company sent me the wrong product. They begged for me to let them fix it by sending the correct product. They failed to notify me when they delivered for the second time. I found out 10 days later after randomly tracking the package that it was delivered, but they misdelivered it again and to an unsecured location. It should've been delivered to my front door like all of the other deliveries I receive regularly. This time, my package was not recovered, so now I'm just out of the money I spent on a product that I never received and despite all of this, PayPal closed my case in favor of the company that falsely advertised to me by misrepresenting their products, sent my product to the wrong address, sent me a photo plaque of an elderly white couple when the photo was supposed to be me and my wife who are both African American, sent another product to fix their mistake, but failed to notify me of the delivery until I tracked the package 10 days later only to find out that they delivered it to the wrong location yet again! I never received what was supposed to be a valentine gift for my wife, and to throw salt on the wound, PayPal sided with the company instead of refunding me my money. This is the second time PayPal has sided with the company that stole from the customer. I will stay away from using PayPal for anything from now on.

This is a 100% scam, PLEASE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. The product I received is nothing like the advertising and what they did send was a mess. This company is the worse company in the world just stay away

Dont waste your money they dont do anything 3d like figurines,bronze,etc pretty much whole site is a scam. Dont do snything but printnpics out on glass. If i could ratecthem less than a 1 star i would.

BUYER BEWARE...Do not use this company. First, they are in China but pretends to be in the US. Second, If you purchase any of these items that are supposed to look like the picture that you send them, they will not. What they will send you is a plastic cutout in the shape of the picture you sent. Third, they are not the figurines that you think you're purchasing. Their excuse for it not looking the same is because they use Ai. Fourth, since they are in China it costs more to send the product back than the cost of the product. Fifth, if I could give them zero stars I would. Finally, if I wanted arts and craft, I could have let my son do this garbage at school.

The company advertises a 3-D image of a miniature statue but it’s a flat piece of plastic with a picture. I received mine yesterday and it is not what we ordered. It came in a flat box

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Website shows as UK but product is from China. Shipping label printed in New Jersey . Definitely not what I expected. I mean the figurines were not even us... Even after sending a picture ... Different race from who we are.... Don't follow for all the advertising. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FAAZII.COM

The product is horrible. I usually don’t even leave bad reviews, but that’s how displeased I was. What you get is nothing close to what is advertised. I was so disappointed.

All the products they are selling is being deceptively advertised as 3D figurines. I was informed by their customer service that AI is used to create the depictions, and all products is 2D acrylic plack ornaments. Their advertisement is extremely false and deceptive.

Had the worst ever online experience ever bought from them in good faith but was left deverstasted with the item I received I believe this company to be rouge scammers who only offered 50% back after 20 messenger messages please stay away from this company I can only tell you its very bad
