Where exactly did you try to use the card? Please make sure the service in question does accept prepaid cards as a form of payment. At the same time, please note that some cards have certain area restrictions on their use.

Thank you for reaching us! We would love to offer reloadable cards but unfortunately there's no such a possibility. Still, you can buy as many cards as you need on our website and use them multiple time for anonymous online payments!
A card, an issue and splendid support.
Bought a CAD $200 brown Mastercard.
There were troubles with the card, however the seller's support responded within a day (take in mind it was only 2 days into the New Year), and after a week of being in contact with support I was able to obtain the card.
It was a somewhat unfortunate experience, however, the support made the difference in changing my opinion from 1 star to 5.

Dear customer, we are sincerely sorry to hear that you couldn't use the card on Amazon. Based on the experience of our customers our cards do work for shopping there. Please note that Orange/Green/Gray cards can be used at Amazon USA only. Brown cards, apart from Amazon USA, do work with Amazon Canada as well. Unfortunately, we are not sure why the service declined the order in your case. We would recommend contating their support for assistacne in this question.
Please pay attention that Ezzocard cards support AVS and the billing details must be valid otherwise the card may get rejected.
Alternatively you can use the card on different websites. Ezzocard cards can also be used via PayPal personal account!

Don't do like I did, they only accept cryptocurrencies so you can't get your money back.
If you live in the USA, EU, or UK there are many websites to buy from, like the official site for VISA or Master card.

Dear customer, unfortunately we cannot agree with you. Before issuing a refund a card should be verified in order to make sure the request complies with the refund policy but since your card couldn't be checked the issue was redirected to the FD. It appeared that the entire card balance was spent thus the account got closed hence the card couldn't be used any more. Therefore no refund could be issued either. Unfortunately we do not know where exactly you used the card and what service it was but it definitely was not us.
We have thoroughly checked your order. No technical errors have been found in our system. You are the sole owner of the card. And as we see, your card started being used after it had been sold to you. After receiving the card data, the responsibility for storing the card details rests with the buyer.
Please be careful and keep your card details in a safe place.
We understand how you feel and we would be happy to help you and issue a refund to you but unfortunately no refund can be processed since the card has been used.
