Wish that I had read Trust Pilot before ordering.
Ordered a wool blend duvet from this company. Only once it was delivered (took at least 8 days!) I noticed that it was a polyester blended with wool. If I had realised that it was polyester I would not have ordered - looking for a natural duvet that is breathable. I have emailed the company with no response after 8 days. Their very strongly worded returns policy states that you must allow 72 hours for a response or the 72 hours restarts with every email sent. Well..... to date I have not had a response. I only wish that I read Trustpilot but as they were on Groupon I thought that they must be genuine. There is no contact telephone number and with a bit of searching they are linked to homeonlinestores.co.uk / groundlevel.co.uk - all based in the same building and all with 1 star on Trustpilot. Also located a telephone number 01455613899 which is not recognised.

Ordered a king size mattress topper from this,had to pay £12 to send it back as they sent a double. Fast forward two weeks later and the other remote seems to have some sort of electrical fault and started smoking. Once again, no response via email and no one answers their phone number. Avoid at all costs.
Heated throw a fire Hazard!
Bought one of the heated throws fo my daughter a she has just seen me pictures of the electrical lead which could potentially have led to a fire.

I’ve ordered goose and duck feather…
I’ve ordered goose and duck feather pillows. I made sure I am ordering medium size when pillows came they were extremely flat, flatter than super flat. When I contacted customer service, they were rude and saying that I have to constantly fluff them up. Which how you can imagine as soon as I lay on the pillow it flattens down in one second, how do they imagine me constantly waking at night and fluffing these pillows up? They made me aware that all the customers are super happy and there is no issues with the pillows and it’s me that is wrong. After searching for trustpilot reviews now I understand that this company is total scam.

I bought an Ezysleep 10cm Cooling 7 Zone Memory Foam Mattress Topper, King Size from Debenhams.
It arrived today and I have had to cut 12 inces of width off it. Thankfully it was too big rather than too small.
However, it's just not good enough to get something so basic , so wrong.

It's damaged and they won't refund. I currently reported to action fraud and trading standards. How they can tell me that it was how I received it is unbelievable.

So disappointed with this product. I always wanted a feather duvet and finally ordered one. Unfortunately it continuously Looses feathers , they poke through the quilt cover and I am constantly have to hoover these feathers up , they find their way all over the house !!! Today I have dumped this duvet , it is only a year old and still looks new !! I kept it as I thought it may settle down the longer I had it but no .

Trader specifies in their return policy, you can't return goods without a returns authorisation code. Trader makes sure you don't get one of these to return the goods by ignoring all contact. Three emails sent no reply. I encourage all consumers to complain with a bad experience to contact Citizens Advice Direct Consumer Helpline. They should pass the complaint to the Trading Standards local to the Trader. If they receive enough complaints they may take enforcement action against the Director. 08082231133
The item is very cozy
The item is very cozy, however in my case electric cord leading to the controls burnt out. This is a very serious safety issue. I have seen another customer with the same issue. I suggest to stay away due to safety issues.

Same experience as others on this site. I made an order based on the Which review, got an instant message saying it was dispatched, even though the product was stated as being out of stock until later in the month. Started chasing a number of weeks after the dispatch date but no reply. Credit card company sorted the refund. Strange behaviour as it seems their product is good and that some people get their orders.
AVOID
I ordered this product on 7 February. After a considerable wait I contacted them and was informed that the product had got "lost" in transit. Emails after emails and very little replies and if they reply nothing concrete as to where my topper is. Please avoid this company. Oh and if you try to call them the lines aren't working owing to the ongoing covid epidemic!!
Slowish delivery but wonderful product
I'm rather surprised to see all the negative reviews. It did seem to take quite a while for the product to arrive, and the so called tracking feature on the FedEx website was utterly useless 'cos it persistently showed that the product had been received by them but no progress for several days until the delivery date BUT what really matters is the product. Absolutely delighted with it. It is soooo comfortable. Can't recommend it strongly enough. As a very long term recipient of Which?, I don't always agree with their ratings, but the combination foam and microfibre mattress topper are wonderful, just as they say!
A good experience and great product
After reading about the ezysleep mattress topper on Which? I had a look at the trust piolet reviews and was shocked by the negative reviews. Clearly one of two situations applies here, either the company has poor customer services or the negative reviews were a small sample of sales that went wrong. I guess there's a possibility the reviews are fake too. All I can share is my experience. Product ordered, email receipt provided, product delivered inside two days in pristine condition. Product is very decent and so I'm satisfied. Now it's only when things go wrong that good service is noted. My advice is pay on credit card if your order is more than a £100 for section 75 consumer credit act 1974 protection. My experience was good, but must admit I nearly didn't buy based on the reviews. Now I'm likely to buy again in the future.
