Booked through EzyBook for Heathrow Parking; the whole experience was fantastic with regular comms throughout; all delivered quickly. Would definitely recommend using the service and if booking for Heathrow using the Heathrow Valet Parking Meet and Greet service

If there was an option to leave a minus review with regards to stars then I would. We have just travelled with 16 month old Twins + we would never use this company again. On arrival we were kept waiting for a total of 50 minutes, keeping in mind this was from 3am. My partner called once and was told ‘stop ringing me all the time’ by an extremely rude operator. By 40 minutes I was becoming very agitated trying to keep the Twins entertained and called again and the operator spoke as if we had never called previously to chase up our driver and said they would be there soon. I stated we had already waited 40 mins and to please send someone and he replied ‘I do not have time to argue with you madam’ again in a rude manner. The driver arrived and had the audacity to make us pay the extra parking charge due to Ezybook being almost an hour late to meet us !! My partner disputed but the driver said ‘you must pay’ and at this point we were desperate just to get into the Terminal and try and placate the Twins so we paid. We flew home on Monday and again had to contact Ezybook to arrange the delivery of our car. My partner was told ‘taxi’ing is very busy so we will be 45 minutes’. We waited nearly an hour for our car. In this time we could legitimately have got into a taxi and been home so the meet and greet did nothing but cause us more stress, not make things smoother. We have used the official Manchester Airport meet and greet before and could not fault it hence why we booked meet and greet again but we will never ever use this company again and we strongly advise nobody else does either.

A service that is a good idea but it is being run by a bunch of idiot with terrible attitudes, both drop off and pick up was far from smooth. Be prepared to sit around the airport for at least a couple of hours on your return as they are in no hurry..
Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Unresolved. A Warning to Others
This company has shown the highest level of unprofessionalism I have ever experienced. I did not use their service, and despite repeatedly attempting to contact them by both phone and email to cancel my booking, I received no response whatsoever. This complete lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I strongly urge this company to process my refund immediately. Based on my experience, they do not deserve even a single star.

Used the meet and greet service. I informed them 30 mins before I arrived and they kept in contact with me till I collected the car. Upon arrival back to the UK I called them and they returned the car within 30 mins. No excess millage and no damage to my car. Great service

The staff is friendly, attentive, and provided all the necessary information, which gave me confidence and peace of mind. Great customer service for Heathrow Meet and Greet
I booked a meet and greet at T5 Heathrow. The customer service was excellent with prompt response to my email questions. They also made amendments for me quickly. The meet and greet itself was also easy and prompt arrival of the driver both ways.

Was a bit worried as it was our first time not using the Airport parking but this company were so much cheaper.
I forgot to ring them 20 mins before we arrived but it was no problem. Within five mins a chap was with us. We paid the £7 standard charge to park in the short stay car park and we handed the keys over. When we arrived back we rang them to let them know and again, our car was back with us before we’d even collected our luggage. I had to ring their office as our plane was delayed in Portugal but the chap was very reassuring and told me not to worry.
I could understand everything he said to me and the man that brought our car back was friendly and polite. He even offered discount for our next time using them.
We will use them every time we need to go to Bristol Airport.

Wouldn't use again.
We used this service for the first time and we wouldn't use it again. The car appeared to be looked after but what a nightmare it was trying to understand the people who you phone and for them to understand us when simply asking for directions. The instructions of where to go aren't clear and then we had to wait 45 minutes for them to drop the car back off to us on collection. We paid £70 and I wish I'd paid more and used a different meet and greet company.

This review is for Lion Parking who are the company that looked after my vehicle. They were the most competitive for the 3.5 weeks I was in America. They were there when I arrived at Heathrow, they were polite and courteous, they noted any marks on my car before taking it. We called them from baggage claim when we returned and my car was there by the time we got through. It was in the same condition as I had left it
Ezzy parking - Shambles
Ezzy Parking REALLY. Anything but....arrived at Stanstead off site parking Expert Parking at 19.10 to find no one on the car park, no shuttle bus everything locked up.
After several phone calls 2 men arrived, no shuttle!!!! Wait, wait wait and then they take us to airport in a vw golf, 4 adults plus luggage, nightmare!!! Arrived to get on plane 15 minutes before take off. Family very stressed.
Whilst on holiday I messaged informing them I did not want the same when I returned on the 6th September.
Message on landing, at baggage and when I had received baggage.
Received a phone call asking for a favour!!!!! Really taking the Pi**
'Can we bring your car to you', Having a laugh and when I said i would take this further they said they would not rush to pick me up!!! What a joke of a business!!!
They eventually picked me up in the same vw golf, family with baggage on their laps. Then they tried to push me into signing the paperwork .... I really dont think so, and I told them so in no uncertain term. Please please avoid, they will ruin your holiday!!!!!
I will also be taking this further as a family member also recorded the vehicle speeding with engine light on the dash!!!!!
