Terrible

Terrible, I bought these after subscribing to which to read independent reviews. You can set the settings as much as you like, it keeps defaulting to randoms settings. Also have gaps in recordings like everyone else has mentioned. It keeps going offline for no reason. I am more annoyed with Which tbh, and it says a lot about them as well, but yes don’t waste your money on this crap.

Do not buy this Ezviz junk

Do not buy this junk. I've bought 3 cameras and a base unit. I thought I'd bagged a deal but this was a complete waste of money.
Cameras constantly going off line, no help from the Ezviz service team and poor distance between base unit and camera which results in being unable to place cameras around my tiny house.
Don't buy this product please. Honestly, it's not worth it.
I've never been up ladders so much as I'm constantly having to re-enable the devices to the base station, only for them to fail again and again.

Avoid at all costs

Customer services will not help you sort out their terrible items. I have tried 5 times to sort out my doorbell. Each time its very painful. They do not respond. The contact number on the website is inactive. Terrible terrible company

Its not the cameras

Its not the cameras, its the software, no longer do they capture motion detection, It sends small clips at set intervals. and completely stops recording for hours, huge gaps. Always at the time I wish I could see what happened. It just happened today :(. Woke up from a nap and the back door was open, of course no video to look at. Creepy.... The video that is recorded is also random, and various lengths, none of it is predictable, they control whats recorded. Kinda creepy. Live watching, that works, but times out. It use to be perfect, then they changed it. Why? Getting tired of just dealing with it, looking for new provider, cameras are good. I need to know who/what opened the door today.

The original software was easy to use

The original software was easy to use. The new software is just too complicated and busy I've given up. 6 cameras I can't trust or use properly. Bad move Ezviz, I'm dumping your system for something easier and more reliable. Remember, we're not all software wizards!

They charged my credit card and the same day cameras quit working. No response back, I called and emailed numerous times. They also have multiple numbers to get in contact. Still no response. Terrible company!!! Do not use

It's a total waste of money

It's a total waste of money. All you do. There is waste your money. Oh my God, it cost so much money. It was all my allowance. And I didn't even get to spend it on any good things. The devices are horrible and they're all messed up. Look at your own stuff.

Avoid at all costs! You will regret it!

This company can improve in only one way - cease trading and give all your customers their money back! Absolutely the worst electrical device I've bought in over a decade.
Allegedly a doorbell camera, but it's useless! Constant connectivity issues, dreadfully slow notifications, app to run it is equally poor and slow to use. Last nail in its coffin - ceased functioning on the first evening of cold weather. Absolutely garbage as is their customer service !

Indoor camera not replaying videos.

I got the indoor camera, overall its quite good, only 2 things i dont like: 1 is that it gives alot of false alarms. 2 is that when you receive a notification of movement, it NEVER lets me replay the video! So god forbid i actually get robbed, and not be able to show the police the footage to catch them!

The cameras I have do really well one I have outdoors is color and has good night vision 1080 however the audio doesn't sound right when a car goes by it makes weird noises sometimes squeals or when a train is heard it sounds like it's in a tunnel not good. Not sure I have heard of this complaint?

Feature lacking & cheap crap

Software is very poor compared to other camera systems. You can't set up arming schedules or adjust the geofence . Geofence is extremely hit & miss giving me loads of false & late hits in the two days I've been testing them . Not even worth the cheap price . Avoid .

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Difficult to set up, worked for less than 2 months, screen went white, then unable to reset, reinstall. Tried a web chat with the company and when I said I had tried all their fixes, and wanted a refund, web chat service went off line. Don’t waste your money or time on this product. Both product and customer service less than useless. Would give 0 stars if possible!!

EZVIZ camera cheap and basically…

EZVIZ camera cheap and basically useless instructions don't match camera keep going round in circles resetting the device. Perfect picture on PC keeps dropping out on mobile, how do I view this from anywhere in the world if I can't from 20 feet away. I need it to be able to record but without app on mobile useless.
