P.S. When our USA-based partner passed away, Docusign was unwilling to transfer the freshly renewed account to me. Luckily we could provide our business to eZsign instead.

Great made in Canada product!
Overall a nice product which values security and integrity. I found the need to manage by folder odd (I am thinking about files and docs) and it could be more streamlined (automatic) for that aspect of the tool. I also found adding the fields to be a bit challenging (alignment mostly) which is probably fairly common to these tools. Overall happy to be working with a great Canadian product.
