Hassan is an incredibly experienced instructor who really knows how to bring out confidence behind the wheel. He breaks everything down into clear, practical steps and always has a handful of useful tips to share. What stands out most is his patience—he never rushes you and stays calm even when you’re nervous. He’s also super motivating, offering plenty of encouragement and extra time after lessons so you can nail each skill. It was my first driving experience but Ansar made the whole process enjoyable and I became confident very quickly. He explained everything clearly with helpful tips. I am now confident that i will pass my driving practice test.

I had the most amazing experience learning with Fareshta. From the very first moment, she created a calm, safe and reassuring environment. She is patient, kind, understanding and genuinely supportive. I learnt more in one lesson with her than I have in all my previous lessons combined.

She embodies everything a true driving instructor should be. She guides you, reassures you and encourages you without pressure, rushing or judgement. Her teaching style builds confidence, not anxiety, and for the first time ever I felt completely comfortable, focused and at ease behind the wheel.

Her explanations are clear, her approach is thoughtful and she never makes you feel silly for asking questions or making mistakes. I felt supported from start to finish and genuinely excited to continue my lessons with her.

Fareshta is exceptional and I cannot recommend her enough. If you want an instructor who genuinely cares about your progress and invests in your success, she is the one.

I recently did a refresher with Alexxa after 15 years of not driving, and I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always calm, which immediately put me at ease. Her kind and polite manner made it easy to rebuild my confidence on the road. Alexxa explained everything clearly, never rushed me, and created a really supportive learning environment. Lessons Cancelled Multiple times

After booking in for my first lesson I was not impressed that it was cancelled and rescheduled three times due to multiple excuses. The most annoying being sickness for a weekend lesson then when I rebooked for the third attempt the instructor didn't work weekends after telling me the previous time she was sick and then had car trouble.

I want my money back and will look else where for lessons but keep getting macro based responses and no help

Booked my driving lesson through this platform and the instructor never showed up. I called him twice — no answer, no call back. I submitted a refund request right after and haven’t heard a word from anyone in two days. No customer support, no accountability, just silence. Feels like a complete scam – avoid

"Hey, I just wanted to give a shoutout to Fareshta - she was absolutely fantastic! I highly recommend her, she really helped me learn to drive an automatic car. We went around the car park at Gurnell, the Concrete Skatepark, and Bowl, and she patiently taught me how to park. I was a complete beginner, but she made the whole experience super relaxed and I felt like I was learning loads!"

I was really excited (and a bit nervous) to start my driving journey, but my experience with EZ Licence has been extremely disappointing.
When I booked my first lesson, the instructor never showed up. I waited for over an hour, even tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. The next day, I contacted customer service , who apologised and promised to compensate me with an extra hour of lessons. She also said she would personally speak to the instructor and make sure the next booking went smoothly.

Unfortunately, the second instructor also didn’t show up. When I finally reached him, he said he no longer even works with EZ Licence. That really made me question whether the company has any idea who they are hiring or managing.
When I called customer service again, they couldn’t provide a proper explanation. I asked for a refund, and they told me it would take 10–15 days to process. At this point, I had wasted nearly a month waiting around, with my money stuck and no lessons completed.
This whole experience has completely destroyed my trust in EZ Licence. It feels very poorly managed, and honestly, a bit like a scam. I would not recommend them to anyone — it’s better to find a local instructor directly instead of using this platform.

Very patient, and gives straightforward instructions. I feel like I am making good progress with every lesson.

Honestly the best driving instructor was feeling nervous after moving to a new part of London and hadn’t driven in over a month but instantly felt at ease super encouraging throughout the lesson with great feedback and super useful tips would 100% recommend
