worst ever for long term

i have rented from them days or weeks, everything was great, but when i started renting from them yearly, the worst i saw with them. 0 flexibility. 0 appreciation for a long term customer paying 20k, and 0 efforts for a customer satisfaction. for a fast rental maybe okay go ahead, they are reliable, but for a yearly rental, dont even dare to try

I rented the car for one day and…

I rented the car for one day and returned it the next day with the same fuel level. However, the staff used the car and charged the fuel amount to me without informing me. Very bad service at the Al Yarmook branch in Sharjah.

Regarding the fuel charge, as outlined in the Terms and Conditions section of your confirmation email, any rental or non-rental charges, including fuel discrepancies, are charged to the customer’s card. According to our policy, the vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as it had at the start of the rental.

After reviewing the handover and return records, the vehicle was delivered with 5 fuel bars and returned with 3 fuel bars. As the fuel level at the time of return was lower than the delivery level, the fuel charge was applied accordingly.

EZhire Car battery died

I hired a car for one day as my car went to garage and I needed it to drop my kid to school and go to work. What followed was a nightmare.

They got me to pick a car from another rental company in Festival Plaza. Autostrad. The car had marks and dents all over the body. It had a cracked tail light (not sure if it’s legal even) which even they didn’t know about. It took me 15 min to make sure everything is on his form.

Got the car and went to sleep. When I went to car to drop my kid to school, the remote didn’t work. I opened car manually, then it didn’t start. Then I spent 20 min while my daughter was standing out on chat support where first he tried to convince me the steering was locked. It it was not as nothing related to battery was working. I followed his instructions and still it didn’t start.
I had to take a taxi and drop my kid who was late for her morning class. Then when I asked the person if he can send someone quickly in next 30 min so that I can at least use car to go to work. He said it will take 2 hours.
I asked to pick it up and refund and compensate for taxi fare to which he says it will be investigated.
I have 0 trust in a company which can’t ensure their partners are offering cars of a certain quality and are inspected and don’t even have a simple refund if car is broken policy (I asked why not refund once car is picked and issue is established ). He says may be something was left running. Can’t believe this.

I would like to request fro the daily…

I would like to request fro the daily km limit which is very low and as per my openion it should be minimum 300 or 350 die yo the rates of ezhire. Yes they have promos which is very positive but apart from promo they need to increase the daily km limit which can bring more customers and more trust. Hope my feedback will be consider and the management will think about it. Thanks

Also, the staff were not at all helpful.
