I had taken a trial of eZee FrontDesk…

I had taken a trial of eZee FrontDesk and Burrp on 14th February 2024, and paid half amount with the clear oral agreement that either the software would be provided upon satisfaction and full payment, or the amount would be refunded.

Despite multiple follow-ups and providing proof of payment, the matter remains unresolved. It’s been over a year, and I still haven’t received a refund or software access.

I trusted the company and expected professional conduct. I hope the team takes this seriously and resolves it soon.

Get a demo before paying, because there is no refund policy

To all those opting for this, I would suggest getting a demo before making a payment because the customer executive are horribly misleading and outright liars, and take no accountability. I tried making this work, but the staff was new and had acted severely underpaid. There is also no refund option so do not go for it before having a proper demo. My experience with this platform was horrible, and there was no recourse given. There are cheaper and better options available with more competent staff for guidance.

Worst system to use for a smal business

Worst system to use for a small business, they charge a huge amount for things that they don't implement and see through. I paid for website design as an extra which was paid for after I decided not to use their system they meddled with my website and took it down. Would not recommend this to anyone even my own worst enemy, not fall for it.

Bad Web support and service

I’ve had ongoing problems with their web design and support department. After several months of waiting and constant back and forth emails and calls I have finally given up. Their web support team are appalling, as was the product. I wish I had saved my money and build a web site for free. It certainly would have been quicker. Also, no response since I’ve asked for a refund for a worthless product and service. Be careful with this group, they also are known to make up their own ‘good’ reviews.

eZee has some of the best customer service...

eZee has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The representatives that our hotel works with, the most, are Karan, and Kevel, and they have, continuously, gone above and beyond to make our experience with easy optimal. Based on the customer service, alone, I would recommend this software to other hotels.

eZee is best, easy to use
