The wig I bought was great quality and looked really good. It held its shape really well. I got a lot of compliments on it at the convention I went to.

I was browsing online for a wig for a cosplay that I wanted to do. Came across this site, they had a great selection and had the perfect wig for what I had in mind. They even styled it for me, which was a great help as I wouldn't know how to do it myself. I highly recommend them

I bought an Advent Children Tifa cosplay from them and it's actually not that bad. The shorts don't fit though, so I'll have to buy a replacement for them, but other than that I'm pretty happy with the cosplay.

I paid for a custom cosplay with custom measurements and by their own timelines the cosplay was set to arrive on time for my pre-planned event (I ordered well over two months in advance). Two weeks before the event I noticed the order still hadn't shipped I contacted them and asked what was happening and they told me they needed more time and the cosplay would take another THREE WEEKS to finish. I explained that this wasn't ideal given they had not updated me on the delays in good time and I would now be unable to attend my event due to the delays. They were absolutely not sympathetic and refused to offer any kind of compensation for the delay. Flash forward to a week after the event and the cosplay finally arrives. It's completely damaged (like entire accessories snapped in half, pieces missing, zips completely broken) and despite me giving my measurements a few inches BIGGER than my actual measurements the cosplay was still too small! The cosplay was also made with a completely different material as advertised and looked nothing like what was shown on their site. Three months later and I'm still struggling to get a refund after sending the cosplay back... AVOID AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

I will say, the quality of the items CAN STILL BE BAD. I doubt it since I've only seen plenty of positives, but the customer service is incredibly good. I had a big order and I was able to stay in the know of my outfits process at all times. I emailed several times and all times they gave me very clear updates on my products and even gave me ETAs on completions since my outfits arriving on-time in a short-window was extremely important to me. They even shared the faults of which outfit was holding up my order and offered to refund/cancel parts of my order if it meant my completed outfits would arrive on time.

Got my Rika Wig and I liked it! Just had to brush some of the ponytail out and it was all good to go! It fit perfectly on my head as well despite the heaviness of it. Worth the purchase <3

I contacted Ezcosplay four separate times regarding sizing for costumes I wanted to purchase. Each time, I provided my exact measurements and clearly asked for a recommendation between standard sizes, not a custom size.

Despite this, the responses I received were copy-paste suggestions for custom sizing, often only a few words long, completely ignoring my actual question. Every time I reached out, I hoped for guidance, but instead I was met with laziness and an attempt to push me to spend more.

I had found cosplays on their site that I genuinely wanted, some even perfect for matching with my sister at conventions, but their complete lack of care and unwillingness to provide proper guidance left me unable to make any purchases. It was frustrating, disappointing, and honestly, demoralizing I felt like my time, money, and enthusiasm didn’t matter to them at all.

Overall, it is clear that they are not interested in their customers, only in upselling, and this approach ruined what could have been an exciting experience. I will purchase from different stores. Stay away from Ezcosplay.

I am very proud of the yakumo wig the wuality is nice

EZCosplay has been my go-to shop ever since I started cosplaying during the pandemic. I have been consistently satisfied with every order that I have purchased so far. From the wigs to the outfits, accessories and weapons, every detail has been spot-on and the materials usually hold it pretty well during long wear. Their customer service has been great and they’re quick at finding resolutions to any issues that I have. The only downside is I’m unable to return the items that do not fit me, so please review the sizing charts of the items before purchasing! Other than that, EZCosplay has been with me throughout my highlights: my debut cosplay was the 12th Anniversary Miku; I attended my first convention ever as Belle (Ryū to Sobakasu no Hime); I was human Nezuko for my Halloween baby shower; and I had a “cosplay comeback” as Mei Mei from JJK. EZCosplay has been a part of my cosplay journey since the very beginning, and I continue to enjoy cosplaying even now as a mom. For anyone passionate about cosplay or costumes, I wholeheartedly recommend EZCosplay.

The costume was built fast, and the staff was very friendly to get the correct measurements.

Shipped in time, fit perfectly and still fits after losing a lot of weight, looks accurate and amazing, easy to pair with accessories, and loved by all at conventions

Can’t think of a single downside to EZCosplay! Materials used in the costumes are great and the attention to detail is amazing! My stuff arrived on time and in perfect condition.

The wig was great! I got it to cosplay Ishmael from Limbus Company. It took me quite a while to figure it out as it was my first wig I've worked with so I messed up the heat treatments but all of the issues were my fault. It came almost fully detangled as well which made me really happy because I've heard detangling a newly-arrived wig can take up to a week. The price was also reasonable and it arrived in time. The next time I do a cosplay I will definitely be purchasing from you again.

Costume arrived and everything fit great I do wish that the tie was a bit longer to accommodate for larger sizes but other than that I love the cosplay

I had ordered Blair cosplay from miccostumes aw an XL and it was so small but when I ordered it from EZ cosplay it was sized correctly and its accessories actually mirrored the size chart. This is my second order I have gotten from them and I’m always happy with their designs and craftsmanship.

My costume instantly broke when I tried adding the accessories to it. Not only that, but the wig arrived too small (said online it would fit heads up to 62 cm which is not true) and my prop arrived damaged. I was going back and forth with them for an over a month trying to get a full refund back. They have refunded me successfully since writing the review, so I have added 1 star.

EZCosplay DOES NOT refunding you! I cancelled an order to which I was promised a refund would be given a week later. However, I was repeatedly ignored over email, and the official tickets on their customer service that I filed were also ignored by them. I had no response for weeks regarding my refund and still have not received my refund over 4 weeks later! Please don’t waste your time or money with this company as they do not care for the customer

I got a blade costume for Halloween this year and it was on short notice, but ez cosplay managed to get it to me on time and the product is of really good quality and I really think I got my money’s worth.
