I ordered some frames with prescription lenses. They got them to me a month later, with the lenses rattling and loose. I had to talk to multiple people on the phone, where they needed me to prove the glasses they had sent me were loose with multiple videos and pictures. I contacted them again, and they promised to fix it if I went the exchange route. I specifically put on their return form that if they couldn't make the glasses properly, to just refund me. I mailed off their glasses, where they received them and I didn't hear anything back whatsoever for a week. I ended up reaching out, to find out they're closed for like 10 days for passover. They finally sent me back the exact same pair of glasses, with the same rattling and loose lenses, after a month with nothing at all changed.
I contacted them back for like the 8th time to let them know, and I requested a refund of 25 dollars and said I would pay to have them fitted by a local company. The lady on the phone barely spoke English, and said she didn't have the power to help me, but she would let a manager know, and they would reach back out to me in a few business days (this was Friday). The lady then disconnected the call and sent me a return label by email. I contacted them back during the next week when they were open to talk to a guy for 30 minutes, explaining everything again. I asked to simply just give me the credit back for part of the defective lenses. He said he couldn't do anything for me but would reach out and ask other people if they would help me. They sent me an email saying they would only issue me 25 dollars if I submitted documents proving I paid to fix the glasses they sent me that were defective as well as a video.
I had the option to send them back a 2nd time for a refund, which they said they'd only give me after 21 or so business days, but I like the frames, just not the lenses. I told them I'm done contacting them and dealing with their company. I'm not someone who posts negative reviews often, but these people are the WORST, and if I can save anyone else the frustration, it's time well spent.

I had an issue with one of my contacts being faulty, and this was addressed and replaced quickly. No delays, no hold ups, or anything.

Not impressed! Frames, no prescription, said ships same day. Ordered on the evening of the 4th, so expected them to go to the shipper on the 5th. All they did was create a label. The carrier did not take possession until the 6th. Shipped from Northern New jersey, to Northern New jersey, and it's the end of day on the 8th. Still no glasses.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses >1 week ago and they have not even been shipped yet because Ezcontacts never had the glasses they sold to me in the first place. They are now guiding at 3-7 business days for them to potentially receive them and who knows how long for then to get to me. So 3-4 weeks at a minimum just for a simple pair of sunglasses that I have already paid for. Not worth the hassle.
