"I was disappointed with my experience as the services I received did not meet the description provided. I expected a completed website, phone and contact form in 10 days, but instead, I encountered website defective, phone number was not connected to my phone, form did not work, never received the business cards that I paid for. after I request the refund I was told that I'm not eligible. This has been a frustrating experience, and I hope improvements are made to prevent similar situations for future customers."
