Bad Experience
Everything started off great. Doctor prescribed me Adderall then without informing me changed the prescription to Strattera. Apparently she was worried about an interaction between Zoloft and Adderall which is totally bogus. The doctor should have brought this up in the consultation and she should have contacted me to inform me of the medication change. Needless to say I’ve made multiple phone calls. They won’t let you talk to the provider. So it feels like a waste of time explaining my situation. I’m not sure if they properly relay the messages to the doctor. I had high hopes for this place. Now I feel exhausted and just want my money back.
Update: they provided a complimentary consult with a new doctor. They failed to give this physician any backstory. The doctor couldn’t prescribe meds because he didn’t want to step on the other providers toes. I received no therapeutic value to either consultation. All I got was a massive headache. The doctors are not professional. No bedside manner. Use with caution!

I was able to get an appointment quickly with a GREAT doctor. He talked with me for a while and gave me great advice on managing my anxiety, depression and ADD both with and without meds. I’ve been using this service for 6 months now and will never switch. It’s convenient, easy, and you get great care.

Positive experience with EZcare clinic
I had a good experience with EZcare clinic. I signed up and payed for an appointment for the following day with Marinel Abellada. My appointment was over video call from my house and started right on time. We talked for about 30 minutes and she was very nice and helpful. She filled my prescription for anxiety medication. I would recommend using EZcare clinic.

Disappointing and Disappointed
I Organised an appointment having chosen the time slot from the website.
After having 2 completely different times confirmed, I was given an appointment with Chelsea Ozignoh for 2.30pm, the time I requested.
They say the doctor will arrive anytime up to 25 mins late.
At 3pm still no sign, so I called and after 10 mins got through. They told me to wait another 15 mins, which I did, still no sign.
So I called again to ask for a refund - they told me the Dr had technical issues and they still might join but couldn't guarantee when.
Having had to take the time off work to have this appointment, which was really important as I have run out of medication, I couldn’t wait any longer. I have wasted time for no reason.
I asked for a refund which I am told May take 30 days.
Very disappointing service and reaction to the Dr no-show.

I was under a medication regimen from Dr. Reichman. All of a sudden, he is no longer with the company and apparently there is no other provider for my state. EzCare advised me to "check back in a couple of WEEKS" regarding provider availability. What a joke! A lot of these medications cannot just be skipped for weeks or go off of cold turkey.

Best Doctors Ever
My name is Joshua Biddix and I would give this place 10 stars if I could. They got me out of a deep whole of darkness I was in mentally. They're kind and very trustworthy. All these people I've heard complaint have either been impatient or just ill. This place has been nothing but the best and has saved my life mentally and physically from the other silent killer "MENTAL HEALTH". Efficient, thorough, caring, able to obtain relief from from debilitating symptoms quickly
I really appreciate the quick and efficient process. I received an appointment for literally the day after I applied and the doctor was very thorough with his questions and gave me some new insights into what is causing my situation. My prescription was called in right after the appointment and I was able to pick it up that evening. Other places I have had to wait over a week for an appointment and just as long for a prescription. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like telehealth because COVID is surging now and I also I have very bad doctor anxiety.

I initially wrote a positive review for this clinic but I take back everything I said. After paying for an appointment, I showed up at my virtual appt and waited an hour with no doctor ever appearing. I contacted customer service and they rescheduled me for 2 days later. I once again showed up and waited an hour with no doctor showing. I reached out to customer service multiple times over 2 days asking for my money back and they are now ignoring me. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS A SCAM.

Quick and Efficient
The entire process was quick and efficient. Made an appointment and next day had spoken with the doctor. Explained my history and he provided his thoughts on what I needed. Was given a script and next day picked it up no problems whatsoever.

WAY Better than expected!!!
The only problem I've ever had with this company is getting a pharmacy to fill the prescription because they are e-docs. However, I found one and the company themselves couldn't have been more helpful. I think you can reach the night and day and either way you have so many options for contact there's always someone to check up on you after a doctor's appointment and the options are endless for appointment times! They have many doctors many hours many employees and they are all very helpful!

I am currently a patient and ever since I’ve been switched to Dr Robert Griggs he has no regard for my time or for what a scheduled appointment is. Every time I make my initial appointment it is followed by a call saying he can not see for that time. This is every single time. Once they give me a time he can see me it is always after my pharmacy is closed. Then after getting a scheduled time that they give me, it’s usually followed by ANOTHER call canceling the time we had set and they move it to an even later time. Mind you this is all the time. They have absolutely zero regard or respect for keeping a scheduled appointment. This was never an issue with Jillian Perreault. He made me wait forever for our first appointment and have no respect for your time. I’m paying for my convenience not his. This has to be one of the most frustrating ways to conduct an appointment. I always have to worry my appointment will be changed, with no regards to my time and it becomes a waiting game. Jillian Perreault was always on time and during actual hours the pharmacy was open and she never had me wait one minute. Our appointments were promptly at the time they were scheduled. No later. This is extremely unprofessional and I’m getting tired of the scheduled times being moved constantly with no regard for my money, my time, completely unprofessional.

Mixed bag
I've used EZCare to schedule 4-5 doctor appointments, and it's such a hit-and-miss experience.
Most recently, my card was charged $59 more than expected, and since I didn't screenshot the payment screen, I won't be getting that money refunded even though I am positive that my checkout total was less than what was charged. I was never sent a confirmation of payment email.
I can live with that. But combined with the terrible service, it's an incredibly frustrating experience at times. Sometimes I have been able to get an appointment, and everything goes fairly smoothly. Sometimes it's a complete headache to try to go back and forth, emailing, calling, and waiting for someone to contact me a week after making payment and scheduling an appointment, and the time slot you select upon checkout is never honored.
The website patient portal is useless. Even though I've had several appointments through this service, there is zero history of it in my online account. Every time I pay for an appointment, they have me go through the paperwork and verify my ID as if I'm a new patient.
I don't know what the deal is with them, only that sometimes their service is fine, and sometimes it's so terrible that I've had to reverse charges because I simply cannot schedule/obtain the services I paid for.
