My husband and I have both had lovely experiences at Eye Connexion. I learnt things about my eyes that I never knew before, and have come away with the best glasses/prescription I have ever had. My husband had to have some further comprehensive tests/scans on his eyes and the time and care taken has been fantastic. Very warm and friendly team.

Eye Connexion is a first class service all round

Top level service from beginning to end. It was my first time visiting Eye Connexions in Frimley and it is the best opticians I’ve ever visited (I’m a lifelong glasses/contacts wearer). The service was incredible, friendly, polite and personal and nothing felt like too much trouble. Yes you can get glasses cheaper elsewhere (and I don’t like paying more than necessary for anything) but I honestly felt that this was money well spent, and I feel confident that my eyes have been really thoroughly screened and checked and I’m delighted with the glasses I purchased. Will definitely return when the times comes.

Optician is lovely and very friendly, offered a cup of tea or coffee on arrival, my glasses were cleaned for me, and I wasn't pushed to buy glasses afterwards. All in all a great experience would highly recommend.

Very thorough examination with friendly staff and excellent coffee. Was sent there as an emergency and the experience was so much better than going to a & e, no waiting and prompt treatment.

This is a fantastic optician!!! Professional, knowledgable and thorough. I will always use Eye Connexions for my eye health from now on.

I was seen by Amna, I can’t praise her enough she is very professional , thorough, informative talking me through the process and giving me as much information about my eye condition as possible and helped me choose the right glasses for my face shape. Lovely team of very knowledgeable opticians - my eye test was very thorough and I was shown all the various photos and given very clear explanations on why they were taken and what they were looking for. I would 100% recommend Eye Connexion.

I try and support small local businesses. Having had poor experiences with a number of chain opticians in Camberley and Farnborough (often run by young people hardly old enough to have the necessary experience), I tried this new Optitians called EyeConnexion in Frimley. The husband and wife team are very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive, taking the trouble to understand the patient's problems and advise on the best solution suited to fit the customer's needs and pocket. Their patience and openness engenders trust, more than I have found in many many years. Try them!
