I went to the roman Road branch. The workers were very polite and efficient. They made my experience better.

Have a been a customer for many years, great advice and knowledge, doesn’t feel rushed and great aftercare. Opticians and front desk are always friendly and helpful.

Absolutely excellent session carried out by Kemi Ogedengbe. This was my first micro suction appointment and I was slightly apprehensive. However, after the process was explained, I was reassured and the outcome was that my earwax was removed and I can hear perfectly well again. Highly recommended. 👍🏼

I had to visit the Rainham branch unexpectedly yet again as I’d managed to snap an arm on my reading glasses. The ladies were unable to find a new arm that fitted this time so, even better, they managed to fit my lenses into brand new frames, polish them and give me a brand new rigid case for them! In effect, I have brand new glasses for just the price of the frames! And all completed in a few minutes, too. Well done ladies. It’s this sort of thoughtful aftercare, as well as the superb clinical care, that makes the optician by far the best in town!

Amazing Opticians , all the staff are so helpful and lovely. I saw Narinder who was very thorough and answered any questions I had with a lot of knowledge. The ladies who served me who were Rita and Rani were also very helpful and cleaned my glasses for me! Overall I had a great experience and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Sabine and lady at reception very lovely and helpful. So much better than spec savers and tests are more thorough. Specsavers told me I have 20 20 vision. Today I found out here I am slightly short sighted ! Would definitely use again
