The website exx4 is a complete scam. At most, they will allow you to withdraw funds once or twice, and then they will ask you to deposit more money, which you will then be unable to withdraw again. I urge everyone to be careful and never deal with this website.

It's been 5 months that my $ 3,000 has been deliberately blocked and the site will not allow them to withdraw it!
You are a scammer and I am suing you.
My account has been verified and there is no problem.
But you easily steal people's capital and do not respond.

100% scam exchange. My $11,000 USDT withdrawal from exx.com and coins did not show up at receiving address. They are thieves. Support emails bounce back saying "address not found.

Anyone know where they are based out of? Lets get Interpol and cyber crime involved there. This might be another Mt. Gox and Thodex. They all got caught in the end, including their families.

I have been requesting the withdrawal of 3,000 tetras since May 5.
But instead of transferring it, they have frozen it in the exchange account.
I sent more than 10 emails but they did not respond.
This is a fraudulent exchange. Please do not use it.

I have story... I become a victim of fraud. That's why I started my investigation and I found out this trading company was a fraud. This is a scam. They let you deposit and it's all fine, but when you try to withdraw, it doesn't go through! It just freezes your funds, without letting you use it anymore. It says that its status is confirmed, but they don't give you any Tx ID or anything. And of course the funds will NOT appear on your wallet. Stay away from exx.com.

Don't let me even start with the customer support, it doesn't really exist. They won't answer any of your e-mails.

EXX.com Has stolen my money 10071USD. I made a withdraw from my account more than a month ago and they are not answering. Never use this exchange it is a total SCAM. I filled a police report and I am doing my best to contact lawyers in Hong Kong and so should everybody else on this page.

Scam 10000 tz transfert on their platform, no received 6 days

So I have been waiting for more than 24 hours for my coins to be transferred to their wallet and the customer support is always offline ... screw me I just lost 1000 $

EXX.COM CRYPTO EXCHANGE SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!
2 days before i transferred 2000 coins(worth 12 dollar each at time of transfer) from ZBG exchange to EXX exchange.Now its been 48 hours and i cannot see coins in my wallet.I tried to contact support many time but no response i also tried to contact via telegram but EXX group does not allow to write any thing.I have sent screenshot of withdrawal,transaction details of transfer but no response. 24 thousand dollars are just lost.
I just want to let everybody know this website is just a scam,please please do not ever try to trade or transfer any assets on this website.If you are doing it means you are NOT GOING TO GET ANYTHING.

I have transferred for 12k USDT of ZT coins from ZBG Exhange to EXX.COM Exchange and they still did not arrive.

Etherscan: 0x10cc79758f6e926374d750a62eaccd8052d6e5716e4ed483d1f59d1a5cb719a7 is showing that it's confirmed, and even on etherscan they are showing on my EXX.COM wallet.

On the website at EXX.COM they are still not showing, while it was a few hours ago. The price dropt in the meantime already for 40%

EXX.COM not reacting on chat, emails and their phone number is not working.

I think that I am a victim of fraud by exx.com :(
On 9.4.2021 I sent DOT from BTCTurk to exx.com DOT account. And the transfer is succesfully completed but I see 0 in my exx DOT account. Desite of several tickets that I opened and several emails that I sent, nobody from exx.com responded to me :(

I think that they have stolen my money.

Edit: After 2 or 3 hours, my money iş transfered to mu account. Still nobody responded to my emails or my tickets. Customs service is terrible. But I am happy to get my money back. I immediately transfered all to my account in btcturk. So this was a necessary experience for me, I will never never deposit any account on a foreign market which is not in 10 best known markets.
