White Joycon 2 replacement

I bought the Nintendo Switch 2 joystick replacement right before all pre-orders were shipped so I got my package in 3 days, which is honestly absurd considering the fact that they are shipping from Japan. Now, again, it was before pre-orders were shipped when I ordered so you won't get your package in 3 days. The product itself is great! I installed the white version and now my switch looks sleek, would definitely recommend, but not to a beginner (which I was ), but someone with moderate modding experience.

Horrible customer service/delay in shipping

Imagine ordering a shell replacement for the switch then it being not delivered because of someone’s incompetence through third party delivery then reaching out to imile and extremerate customer support to then be told after 3 weeks of waiting and one delay that i need to be patient what a horrible company. Customer service sucks and their shipping is through a dodgy chinese courier.

Delayed shipping due to holidays

Bought 2 items that said to be "In stock" monday october 6th. Today its late friday and nothing has happened to the order.

Ive reached out in 4 different methods on their official website to contact the company (extremerate.com) but I dont get any answer whatsoever, except on Discord, where a person say: "itll ship soon" or "it ships today"

UPDATE!! 11/10-2025 08:35a.m

I got a shipping notification with some delay, due to personel having holidays. Which is fine, but companies websites have to announce all services will be off due to holiday PRIOR the holiday (!), not a couple of days before it ends. How shall international costumers know?

if anyone ask me dont buy this shit its cost me 59 euro to buy this shit i should just have bought a normal ps5 controller instead and dont care about the dual sens edge bc this is bad the OEM panel on the back can not fully fit there is gap on the back of the controller so now my controller anoy me as mutch ass it did with the rub grip on and the video does not help the have where the talk about instaling the new panal bc the dont show how to help if there is a problem and you use the prying tool is so bad it tok me 1 hour and 20 min could not get it off took a knife and tried it came off so easy but dont buy extremrate its bad just buy a normal ps5 controller its almost same price love the idea off this but when the dont work you waste 60 euro its such a bad made product

I ordered a remap kit that I damaged…

Updated!: they messaged back saying they'd now refund the one I broke and just cancel the one I bought off their site with a 32$ label that ended up being more then what I paid on Amazon, terrible company terrible terrible terrible

I ordered a remap kit that I damaged myself proceeded to buy another kit that was labeled $32 that ended up being $50 so I asked to cancel it then asked to buy just the piece I damaged they told me they can't ship to Canada but instead they would refund me for broken kit and the expensive kit waited a while and then was told they were only going to refund one kit, created lots of confusion and since I was under the impression I was going to be refunded for both I held off on buying the proper kit in the specific color I have set up for and now that they don't have that color in stock and I have a half torn apart controller. Most of my experience in the past has been great all products worked as they should, just a pretty big mess with the management..

RISE4 Plus MAX Remap Kit for BDM 030 040 050

I had several issues with the new eXtremeRate RISE4 Plus MAX Remap Kit for BDM 030 040 050. I was really excited to try it, but the plastic quality is very cheap and not functional. The back paddles are awkward, outdated, and the worst compared to brands like Scuf and Aim. These paddles also block the PS5 charging port, so you have to use USB-C all the time. The price is high and not worth the hassle. Customer service is defensive, unprofessional, and unhelpful—they seem to avoid issuing refunds and come up with excuses.

Replacement cover did not fit well, customer support did not response

Extremerate customer service experience

I bought the extremerate led light kit for my Xbox series x, then I had to ship my Xbox to Microsoft for repair.
So I didn't want to lose it! So I took it out, when I got my Xbox back I tried to reinstall the kit....wouldn't stick even work...bummed out...so I took a shot, reached out to extremerate and they sent me a whole new led kit! Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'm definitely buying from them again and would suggest them to my gamer friends 100%! Keep up the outstanding work extremerate

Great Experience

Hi, I have now had my order for about a week or so and as I promised I will leave an honest review. And with hand on my heart I can gratefully say that this company along it's products are actually amazing. My order first went on the wrong place but that can be blamed on the carrier, the issue was immediately noted and trough the whole process the seller stayed in contact and immediately promised and came through about sending a replacement one along side, checking the receiver information. A week or 2 went by and it came right to me without and issue. I got everything I ordered and without any damages caused to the products. Everything was neatly and safely packed. Instructions for custom controller cases we're and still are in good English. Easy to understand and they even have video guides to make sure that anybody can build their dream controller and so on. So all on all, the products are really high quality and feels amazing. (I play hours on day so I know how quality feels) and everything just worked. It's rare to see companies being so invested in customer satisfaction these days and for that I truly appreciate eXtremeRate. Good day

Overall perfect

1st I didn't knew that they have world wide shipping which was surprising

2nd they include besides the shell and buttons that I ordered extra tools and screws

3rd, the quality of that plastic feels really good.

4th they made YouTube videos showing how we can install the goodies, (I did messed some things up, but that was mostly my fault, they made sure that we can't mess it up) in generell is really well made and shipping didn't take to long

All went well

Have nothing bad to say about the products - good quality and reasonable prices. Only the delivery took quite a while but it was expected as I live other side of the globe. The customer service was spectacular as they quickly sent me a replacement part when I acidentally ordered a wrong one. Replies came fast. I’m definitely not an experienced handcrafter nor modifier, but managed to do everythig very well with the help of the videos. (Even the solderings!!) Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Bad quality tools

The kit was good however the plastic pry tool that comes with the kit I got, wore out immediately and wouldn't pop the bottom shell out. I tried for hours, I watched thr video, I pushed as hard as I could, but I wouldn't budge. The rest of the assemble seemed easy enough but because of this small problem, I can't build it.

I bought a dualsense bdm 030 and 60 € worth of extreme rate kit . But i cant mount that on bmd 030. So dont buy anymore anche of these kit. I suggest to buy aimcontroller and you pay less. And you have a big assistence
