Seems like I've been scammed.

Mobile electrician came out. Said my leisure battery illegal and dangerous. Took it out. Foolishly I gave him £260 cash for parts. Was to come Monday to put battery in correctly. I have been trying to contact him every day since then. Wish I had read the other reviews.

Charge £60 for a booking fee ( call to another company)

Charge £60 for what they call "a booking fee", had a call from a guy who asked what was wrong and after I explained he that he "MAY" be able to fix it. They are auto electricians are they not? Nothing should be unfixable, had second thoughts after reading the reviews, cancelled the appointment and requested a refund, but judging by the other reviews that fee will never be returned. Go to a shop, or a dealer...you may pay more but you know what your getting....lesson learned.

This is a bogus company, run by a guy called Mike Martin, taking £60 for booking a mechanic, or auto electrician, or locksmith, he then sends a guy who will take you for more money and fail to do whatever job you require AVOID, AVOID AVOID

I’ve reported this guy/ company to action fraud since he’s refused to refund for a call out charge when a call out didn’t happen and has sent me abusive text messages. One of the numbers he used is associated with known scam calls. Action fraud has asked that anyone else effected by this report it to them and they’ll pass reports over to the police.

Paid £60.00 upfront was told would be with me within 3 days 8 days later hasn’t turned up. Spoke with a blunt guy at head office CARL MARTIN asked for a refund and he put the phone down on me. These cowboys should not be allowed to get away with this. Just look at all the negative reviews saying the same time. How do they sleep at night. What goes around comes around. 👎🏼

Horrible shower of con artists

Horrible shower of con artists. Don't touch them with a barge pole. They take your money and don't turn up. Once they have your money they don't answer the phone to you.

Dick Turpin is at the end of the line. Avoid!!!

I did an Internet search looking for an auto electrician and paid a £40 deposit and was informed I would hear back within 48 hours.
4 days later I phoned back asking for a refund. They immediately sent me a mobile number and when the mechanic arrived he took a 60 pound call out fee where I expected the repair to be done. It turned out he was not an auto electrician but a mechanical engineer and gave me the number of a local auto electrician. I could have had this diagnosis done on my own breakdown cover for free.
In total I have wasted 100 pounds to this company with no positive outcome.
I strongly suggest that they should be avoided at all costs for auto electric repairs or you will waste money like myself.

This company have no locksmiths - Con Artists

This company have no locksmiths; all they do is field calls, take a 'deposit' of £50 or more and then look online for local locksmiths to do the work. The local locksmith may be god but Extremelocks are just a rip-off brokerage. They are extremely difficult to get hold of after they have taken your deposit, don't appear to know what is the relevant information the real locksmith needs. They say contact in 2 hours but you could be waiting for days and still be at square 1 but £50 down. Do not trust them, use the yellow pages or get a recommendation from a local garage.

What an absolute shambles

What an absolute shambles. First of all they took an instant £50 payment off me on the phone for the call out fees which I understand....3 days later one the the engineers decide to come. The engineer came to my house at least 5 times unable to do the job. It took over 2 months!! For them to sort it out and I’m not over exaggerating. Trying to contact them was like talking to a brick wall. So I finally get the key sorted. The key works which is fine, but the casing on it is missing the VW logo, the casing is also cheap and not well made, but it works. Do not use this company unless you fancy waiting for over 2 months like I did.
