Great Service

I ordered a Kaspersky Internet Security from their website. Ordering process is very easy and quick. It was delivered within a few hours via email. Definitely recommend.

AVOID AVOID AVOID..!!Shocking after sales & customer relations.!

I haven’t received my parcel.!

Since leaving this rating I have been bombarded with emails, some as late as 9pm, telling me to change my rating to 5 stars as low ratings harm their business.

Poor customer relations on top of late arrival of my order.
Would give zero stars if I could.

Since updating my review I have been accused by this company of being rude and unreasonable.
This is total nonsense and just highlights and proves my point that their customer relations is absolutely shocking.
What company sends emails out at 9 o’clock at night, not just telling their customer to reconsider their rating but to specifically change it from 1 star to 5 stars? (baring in mind that when I was invited to leave a review of my experience I hadn’t even received my order).
Now they are trying to discredit my review in a desperate attempt to salvage some reputation.
Everything I have said is true and I have all their emails which will absolutely justify my 1 star rating.
They are now saying I have ‘a history of giving 1 star reviews.
ONE (yes just one) many years ago.
This company really has no shame and I can see that I am not the only one to leave a 1 star rating. Says it all.
What they fail to understand is, I gave my honest review at the time that I was invited to leave a review. At which point I hadn’t even received my order when it was only supposed to take a couple of days.
But even so, if it was just a matter of my item turning up late I may have changed the star rating to a higher one as it did eventually arrive. The fact it arrived late is now irrelevant to my 1 star rating.
It’s the subsequent bombardment of emails they sent me at all times of day/evening which borderlines harassment, not just asking me to reconsider my rating but actually telling me to change it to a 5 star.
I can back all this up.
But because I refused they are now trying to discredit me and my rating.
Avoid this company.!!

We are sorry that you felt you had an issue with your order. We have looked in to it and can see that your order was in fact delivered just after you left the review. It was just a couple of days late due to unexpected delays with Royal Mail. We ship orders in a timely manner and unfortunately Royal Mail failed to deliver in the usual time frame on this occasion.

We were not contacted by you regarding your issue and had no idea you had a problem until we saw this review, at which point we had immediately arranged for a replacement order to be sent, until we saw that your original order was delivered successfully.

It is always best to contact us with any issues prior to leaving a review so we have a chance to put things right. If we are not aware of the issue then we are unable to try and resolve it. We did ask that the review kindly be revised due to the feeling that it was unfair, but was met with more negativity.

This review is not a reflection of our service. We will always work with our customers to resolve issues, so please always get in touch. We are just an email or phone call away.

Sent me a empty grizzly thermal paste no support to replace, spoke to me like dirt and called me a scammer was it really worth it avoid
