Ordered 3 weeks before I needed the wheels. Didn’t reply to my asking for update emails. I gave them the 7-10 business days. Was told they were gonna be to me with in a week of purchase. All to be told they only had one wheel. Then I had to spend more to get different ones. Least they cut 100 or so off the final cost

Order the wheels on weekend and received them within 7 days love the wheels and the look they give to my gladiator. Thanks

Good customer service and fast shipping

Great value. Great product. Original tires were out of stock so was upgraded at no additional price. Received items within a week. Only thing I would recommend is to do better with tracking orders as I didn't receive right away. And received different shipments on different days. This is my second purchase. Will definitely use them again.

I ordered 4 wheels for my G37. Unfortunately, the front 2 wheels did not fit and had to return it. I waited patiently and did not receive the replacement. After a month and a half, I called the customer service and comes to find out the wheel did not ship as it was sitting in their warehouse, and no one notify me. At this point I no longer want the rims, however, before it was made to fit my car they refused to issue a return on all 4 wheels. Now I am stuck with a $2500 wheels. There's a first time for everything. I didn't get an offer for any kind of incentives or nothing which is disappointed. Lesson learned, do not purchase from Extreme Customs, especially when Facebook was the platform used for advertisement. Lastly, if you're a Veteran don't fall for the advertisement, 30 years of honorable service doesn't mean nothing to them.

Ordered wheels right size offset and showed up in less than a week

It was really easy to apply, I don't have the best of credit and they gave me a chance to prove I can be responsible to pay them what I owe them.

The customer service answer all my question very promptly, and confirm fitment for the look i was looking for. I will definitely recommend you to anyone

Website is a little bad

They came quickly I wasn’t happy how the carrier just left them in drive way no paperwork to sign but rims are in really good shape I didn’t get the lug nuts that I order but I’m still pleased

What made my experience great was after I placed my order on the receipt I noticed that the tire size was incorrect.

So I placed a call to Extreme Customs and they changed the tire size to the one I needed before they shipped. I have the tires I ordered and size is correct and I'm having them installed on Friday.

Ordered a set of wheels. Wasn’t what I expected. Wouldn’t let me exchange them without paying a 30% restocking free and pay return shipping. Stay away from them. The wheels weren’t even shipped by them. They came from bb wheels online. Neither would make it right. Now I’m stuck with $850.00 worth of wheels that were misrepresented.

Everything about extreme customs was great.

Got the wrong tires only received 2 wheel 2 are not found still with fed ex now I have to wait for my correct tires and for my 2 wheels and my truck in Jack's because I was told everything would arrive in a week it's been 2

Good price and fast shipping

I have been trying to get ahold of someone for over 3 weeks, phone email and text. About some parts that I wanted to order, some fender flares, and wheel and tire combo. No one ever answers the phone. Are you guys going out of business. Bought a lift kit from you and had to get the ubolts for the rear through rough country. I need some answers soon or will be going somewhere. And will also post about your poor service.

I ordered a new set of tires and wheels through Extreme Customs for my 2024 GMC sierra-2500hd. After the mounting and balancing was done by there team, they said everything was good to go and no issues. Well, I have very bad rubbing in 2 places inside my front wheel wells. This was an unforseen issue according to their team. They magically decided this week that they will not service any local customers and they will not fix the issue. "They are working with someone out of state now," is what I'm told.
So good for you guys on your customer satisfaction. Appreciate the help 👎
