A professional and well organised tour operator.

I've just returned from one of their Sri Lanka tours, and all went smoothly. Varied selection of hotels, and places to visit / stop at during the days. Well maintained bikes, and a decent support group, and good group of fellow riders.

Would travel with again.

Very well organised motorcycle tour, visited all the required tourist spots and much more. Excellent lead rider and Sweeper no one in our group got lost.
Bonus of the tour was riding past an elephant taking most of the road.

I have just returned from a tour of Sri Lanka with my son and a group of friends organised and led by Extreme Bike Tours. I have done several bike tours in Asia with different operators, all of them excellent, and EBR is up there with the best: impeccable planning and logistics and lovely helpful people. The Sri Lanka tour features great riding through beautiful and varied landscapes, fascinating cultural attractions, and consistently excellent food and hotels.

Seven friends with a desire to explore Sri Lanka on two wheels. Luckily one of us had heard of Extreme Tours and we placed our trust in them. We were not disappointed indeed we all, bikers with riding experience in numerous difficult counties, had the most amazing time. Ben and his road crew used their expertise, experience and local knowledge to ensure the trip was a great success.
For me the measure of a good travel company is how they cope with difficult circumstances; mayhem at gas stations caused by the Gulf War would have caused solo riders hours of lost riding time, but not us. Flight cancellations meant an extra week in Galle where I was treated with the utmost kindness as a friend rather than an awkward customer.

The Rajasthan Tour in India was an incredible experience… this was the 48th country that we’ve motorcycled through and our third tour and I am already thinking about heading back to India! Our recent tour of Tibet was well organised and even though the Monsoon threw a curved weather ball at us, Ben pivoted to an alternative route without fuss. The days were well planned so that we could enjoy a good ride without over doing it and still have time for local visits etc. Great trip. Thanks heaps.

While the monsoon was late in finishing and as such a lot of water causing numerous issues but it was all handled calmly and efficiently by Ben our guide. It put us out of our comfort zone somewhat but the experience was better for it. I would recommend.

My recent tour in Tibet with the crew of EBT was my second such trip and Ben and company did not disappoint. Every detail was planned out and the team's ability to pivot and adjust on the fly made the trip so much more memorable. Next year as I head to Tanzania it will be my seventh motorbike tour trip with Extreme Bike Tours - and they keep getting better and better. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough - they really are the best of the best. The trips are exceedingly well organised and well balanced between on & off road sections and major sites combined predominantly with places less travelled. Its always an adventure. They are very Client focussed and go out of their way to ensure complete satisfaction. Don’t waste time and money with others. Extreme are the real deal.

Ben and the team at Extreme Bike Tours delivered an amazing adventure ride from Kathmandu Nepal to Lhasa in Tibet and back including Base Camp Mt Everest. The bike ride was epic and packed with adventure. The scenery and sites were jaw dropping. The management of the project, 12 blokes from all over the world in unfamiliar territory and culture was superb. The vibe was chill and relaxing which helped deal with the harsher physical challenges of altitude and diet etc. Overall I rate the experience as “out the gate” 10 outa 10 once in a lifetime deal. We've Done two tours in Sri Lanka with these guys. Both excellent and we really love the support guys. My partner can't spend a full day pillion and she loved the way she was taken care of. Excellent service, great tours. Very flexible too.

I've done three tours now with this company and each one has been fantastic. The tours are well organised but are not overplanned and remain flexible with the groups preferences where possible. The routes are always interesting and take in many of the significant sites. On the last tour nearly all the group were previous customers which is true testimony in itself. I have some treasured memories from these trips and I hope to gain many more.

Last minute decision to get onto the Bhutan tour as a solo traveller. Arriving in India was just as chaotic as my first backpacker travels 40 years ago, but at least this time I was met at the airport!
I must complement Ben for the organisation, Penjor (our Bhutan ride leader) who provided such insights into the serenely beautiful country, and my fellow riders who made me feel part of the team.
Bhutan is not the easiest place to travel in but I can't think of a better way that to experience it by motorcycle.
