If I could give less than one star I would

If I could give less than one star I would. They came to my house to rekey my house and one knob on a door could not be rekeyed so they ordered a new knob and I paid them for it. It been almost two months. I call their business and the receptionist says she will have the manager call and I don't hear anything back. A while ago I got a text asking for my receipt so I sent it to them. Now they ignore my texts. They took my money and now I have a knob that is not working. I reported them to the BBB but that hasn't helped. Not sure what to do. Don't use this business they steal your money.
