They overbook our accommodations in Arizona and contacted me through Airbnb to notify me 2 days before we were supposed to arrive saying they only had a 1 bedroom suite available for 2 people max… well there were 4 people on our reservation. Absolutely unacceptable, no help provided whatsoever and we had to scramble to find new accommodations. I booked this 4 months out.
I booked my room with booking.com had my reservation number for the WorldMark in Scottsdale Arizona when I arrived at my room they have informed me I had no room they could not honor my accommodations then sent me to their 800 number who sent me to the True by Hilton in which they had no reservation number I came out $1, 021 out of pocket to actually have a place to stay during my vacation they should have refunded the full $1,900 that I gave them for the inconvenience however they only refunded me $1,000 versus the whole hotel stay which I believe I'm entitled to for damages extra Uber expenses and so on so if you're going out of town and you're booking with these people just so you know you may not have a room when you arrive
