Scammed out of NordVPN cashback. Received 0 cashback. Followed the instructions to the T.

Total scam. Strung me along for 4 months waiting for cash back....... and then said the merchant never responded, no money for you!

Well I seen all the bad reviews on trust pilot and thought, no chance of me getting my payout! But I did £20 cash back paid to my PayPal

Absolute scam artist, said they couldn't give money back because the company I purchased from wouldn't send the money. Then why advertise that they will. False advertisement.

They show high cash back but I have 14 transactions pending and to get the cash, I have to download all info which is ridiculous. I will remove this app from my extensions if they don't come through. I should not have to input 14 transaction info. No other cashj app does this. I will update if they take care of this issue.

I should have listened. Absolute scam-a-polooza. Never received my cash back in a $500 purchase, finally got ahold of support after several months and they told me my purchase didn’t qualify but thanked me for using their portal.

Made a $3700 purchase in November of 2023, opened a claim with Dollar Dig in December of 2023, and still haven't been paid out.

All other shopping portals pay out immediately. I'm sure they just kept the cashback! Use something else like Rakuten!

This a scam company that promises rebates for the purchase of goods and services on their platform. They said I'd get 95% cash back + $5 for signing up for Surfshark. I was supposed to receive the money by January 7 2025 but never received anything. This is for a purchase made on Oct 16. The BBB gives them an F rating for failure to respond to 2 complaints. Avoid this company as they pay out nothing.

Extrabux was one of my usual go to’s. It had been one of the better ones, but now not so much. I made a purchase last Dec. and it was acknowledged and now 11 months later it is still in pending waiting on merchant confirmation. I have inquired several times on status offering proof of the purchase and I get the same response that they are following up with the merchant and encouraging them to pay. This is on Extrabux. My purchase qualified and if you are a reputable company you make good on what you advertised, regardless of whatever internal issues you have with the merchants you have contracted with.

The scam platform arbitrarily closed the account and refused to pay. Stay away from it

Your orders will be tracked successfully but I would like to tell everyone that they are tracking here for them and not for you They will never pay you. They will ask you for your government documents, and even if you send them to them, they will close your account as well and use your documents as well. They are the worst company, they are scammers

They promised cash out but never allowed you to cash out. All options to cash out are grey(disabled). They pretended they were willing to assist but directed you to useless and lengthy webpages without paying you out.

It is a pure fraud platform. The rebates are expired and they find various reasons not to give them. The platform also conducts lottery activities and does not give out the winnings. It also closed my account. There are many messages on Weibo and Twitter asking for cash back, so don’t use scam platforms.

I would like to talk about my experience, I used this site for a long time but never applied for cash withdrawal, they deactivated my account and $200 more was taken away by them. They are really overkill. After reading a lot of comments, many people have encountered this kind of thing, this company stopped the customer's account for no reason and took the money for itself. The truth is that the merchants have already given them the money! To this day, my account is still closed and I have not received a cent. All of the above are facts. Would you choose to continue to cooperate with such a company?

I placed my first order through them on December 1st on an eBay order for about $1,000. A day or two later I placed two more orders through them, again on eBay, but one was for $30 and one was $50. The only order that processed correctly was the $30 order for a whopping $.22 in cash back. When I inquired about this, Extrabux responded with "eBay US does not post cash back to Extrabux which means they determine this order is non-commissionable. Unfortunately, due to special circumstances with merchant eBay, you are not able to send inquiries to eBay. We are sorry that we are not able to get you cash back for your order. We would like to get you cash back as much as possible, but if the retailer won't pay the commission then we are unable to give you cash back."
So basically Extrabux is not honoring the cash back and telling me there's nothing I can do about it. According to numerous other reviews this company does this a lot. Avoid these people at all costs.

This is a scam project. Your purchases will not be counted. And if you try to file an appeal, it will be rejected. At the same time, on other similar services, my purchases are taken into account without problems.
