Brought a lamppost from this company…
Brought a lamppost from this company and when it arrived it was poorly packaged. Upon fitting I noted a spar arm had snapped which I was told by the company was a common problem in transportation as it is a thin arm, the light fitting was also broken to which there is no UK alternative as it needs to be a specific fitting. I have been in touch several times to which they keep telling me the parts will be sent, so I have spent around £400 on what should be a centrepiece to my drive but has no light or glass because of faulty parts, to be honest a bit of a nightmare I am trying to send it all back now and claiming 30 day satisfaction guarantee. I would not buy from this company again they are slow to respond and don't deliver on their promise.
