problem logging in

Before I was disconnected and could not get the code emailed to me after several attempts. I closed down, tried again, and this time did not need the code. Very confusing

Tech Support Suggestions

At times there are little issues with ExpressVPN, but somehow I manage to correct them myself. I really would like to see ExpressVPN Support have phone support. Trying to correct issues using text is almost impossible, along with being very frustrating. The ultimate option I would really like to see is where a subscriber can contact support and have them complete the necessary adjustments remotely. I think this would be a huge help for those who only have basic to moderate level computer skills. Trying to follow text from a support tech is extremely difficult at best. Thank you for taking the time to review my comments.

I had a subscription about 10 years…

I had a subscription about 10 years ago. ExpressVPN was reliable years ago so I didn't even both looking at other products that are available. Back in 2016 i wanted to watch the Football World Cup but, didn't want to pay for a subscription to the local satellite TV provider that charges around $100/month, minimum period is one year. 1st six months free =$600 to watch the footie. The cost of ExpressVPN =$160NZD. Put the computer in London, sign up to the BBC with a local post code to confirm my location (mwahahahaha) Check the BBC program schedule, select the channel and enjoy. Love your product!
