I bought a Drag 3, Batteries and coils from these guys.
Had a tracking issue I contacted them about on 31st December (no reply and it's now 7th January).
They linked the wrong coils on the Drag 3 product page and I bought 2 x 5 packs of them (~£25 worth).
Contacted support in all three ways (Email, On site message, and the contact form)
It's been two days without any reply and the only thing I've gotten is automated emails to review their products.
I received the ordered products fine. but the fact that support has been non-existent for me means I would be too worried to order from here again.
