Number plates arrived in record time.
I did ask that the letters be spaced differently than they were but think they overlooked that in the email. Otherwise, plates look great. I went for the gel ones. Very nicely finished and easy to put on the motor.

Arrived super quick , good quality and look great . Just confused as to why I didn’t need to show V5 & retention certificate to confirm that the reg actually belongs to me . BUT I will definitely be recommending this company to family & friends !!!

Although the delivery was prompt, the customer service is non-existent. I received the item quickly; however, the text and outer border are not straight and look wonky. I attempted to contact customer service several times but received no response. Avoid making the same mistake I did — cheap usually means poor quality, and in this case, that is true.

the package was damaged in transit, i’ve emailed and sent a message though the website and still not had a response.

I ordered a pair of number plates - only the rear plate arrived in the package despite them charging for a pair. I've emailed them and sent messages over their website but have received no response from them at all. There is no phone number to call on the web-site either. Very frustrating. I've had to order the front plate from another provider. I'm minded to report them to Trading Standards!

I made a order with this company for front and back 4D plates, when they came the front one was horribly spaced out, I contacted the company for a replacement with pictures and received little reply with no confirmation of a replacement being sent out to me.

Excellent service from start to finish easy to order

Ordered a show plate for a Christmas present, the plate itself and process of ordering are good, however 2 letters come without the white protective sticker on and are scratched and damaged. I have reached out to the company in 4 emails and I am not getting a reply. Not very good customer service as I didn’t pay to have a damaged plate.

AVOID AT ALL COST.
The delivery date passed, the tracking number was showing still awaiting to be dispatched. I emailed 4 times, and never had a reply.
Luckily I paid on credit card, and had to claim back my money via the bank

Ordered 2 show plates a week ago. Delivery stated 24hours via Royal Mail.
Order placed 6th December. Now 13th December and no tracking details available from RM and no plates received. Emailed twice with no response.
Poor customer service and fearful of being scammed. Would love a response or even better, a delivery to change this review

Ordered a plate, sent them the documents etc and it arrived within 2 days so can't fault them on that.

Issue is they weren't what I ordered, contacted customer service with pictures and got no response, contacted them again got asked to send pictures and yet again heard nothing since.

Shame as it could of been a great product/service. Will use a different company for new ones and chase a refund with these.

Whilst the plated came quickly and communication for delivery were good, the plates I ordered were not what I received. I asked for road legal plates and that is not what I received. The customer service is not easily accessible with slow replies and I am still waiting to hear back about what they can do to rectify this issue.
