Easy to use and value for money
Easy to use and no huge price hike upon renewal which is refreshing. I just wish the cover was broader as I am a music teacher really and can only get cover as a Kid's Entertainer which somewhat diminishes the value of my service.

Great customer service, bad payment options.
Great customer service but very poor payment options.
Don't offer BPay and no bank account given on the invoice/quote to deposit to.
Only expensive credit card options given.
I only get this Professional Indemnity insurance because I am legally obliged to, so I always go for the cheapest - as it's worthless anyway. A bit like NSW CTP, not worth the paper it's written on.
