Poor customer services

The grass I purchased was delivered but wasn’t fit for purpose. Customer services refuse to speak to you in person, their policy is to acknowledge emails but not reply to them.

Worst website ever!

The guys in the warehouse were really helpful, can't fault them, but the website is awful when it comes to paying, took me 25min to complete my order.
