This is the first time working with Express Air and having had such a terrible experience with other mainstream courier companies it has been an incredible and refreshing experience. Helena has super helpful, the service has been quick and felt very reliable. I'd 100% use again and recommend.

I contacted Expressair late on a Friday afternoon with a request bigger freight companies could not fulfill. Stuart organized my request promptly with efficiency and care and they delivered my package ahead of time.
Fantastic service and grateful Expressair could assist us in an urgent situation. I would highly recommend their services.

Everyone we dealt with Expressair was super helpful in dealing with a real emergency and getting travel documents to my daughter overnight. UPS had let us down and Expressair couldn't have provided a more contrasting experience. They were friendly, efficient and effective! My wife and I are very grateful to them.

An absolute gem of a company is ExpressAir!! My first connection was on a SATURDAY which already set them apart and from then on, they were efficiency itself, communicating the delivery and return process every stepof the way. Aqt no point was I ever left 'wondering or 'anxious.

Simon and the team did a great job shipping our event collateral to Milan from London. I emailed them at 7am for a same day Friday pick up in order to be delivered Monday. Having emailed back within 30 minutes, they picked our package up and gave the hour time frame and the item arrived on the day due. We received full Paypal payment details and consignment notes. I was very skeptical when ordering due to how efficient and speedy the process was promised. It was a fantastic, smooth and all delivered on time.

I had to send a shipment from London on Friday afternoon to arrive in Paris by Saturday morning in time for a high profile fashion show.
ExpressAir was the only courier I found that could meet this demand.
Although the shipment was pricey it wasn't far off from what UPS quoted for delivery on Monday.
Excellent service, would recommend for urgent international shipments.

I arrived to massive arrival queues in Jamaica that could potentially add 2 hours to my 8 hour flight. I was met by Elizabeth with a paddle with my name on. Being treated like a VIP I whizzed passed other members of my flight and through customs in minutes. In no time I was in the VIP Loung enjoying free cocktails and snacks whilst waiting for my lift. The return journey was equally impressive. PERFECT - THANKS EXPRESSAIR!!
