Jestem klientem Express Car Rental od lat, wracam do nich każdego roku kiedy jestem w Polsce bo firma te charakteryzuje niskie ceny wynajmu, dobre samochody, nowa flota. OK, customer service-there is a room for improvements but my experience is good.

Inexpensive and a good rental car. Everything according to plan.

We were really happy to see Daniel again after returning our nice also new car that was provided for our usual two weeks holiday in our favourite Kefalonia

Great experience with this car rental! The booking was simple, the car was clean and reliable, and the staff were professional and friendly. Prices were fair, and pickup/drop-off was quick and easy. Highly recommended

Very easy to work with, car picked up at the airport parking hotel lot, on time. Return the same. Just be aware of $20 fee for the pick up service after 5 pm. We liked how easy it was to communicate over the phone with the call center. I left my apartment keys inside the car, and they had it for me in their main office. Amazing. I rented from them 3 times, and never had any surprises or unexpected fees. A car wash is included in the very competitive price. Polite guys, they know what they are doing.

Very good value. Car suited our needs perfectly and, apart from the car key requiring a new battery, ran perfectly for our 36 day trip around Poland. Only downside they charged us for a cross country fee outside Poland to Czech Republic when it was caused by a google reroute due to a road closure on the Polish route we had planned between Klodzko and Jelenia Gora.

Possibility to order car in very short time Accept for few little hiccups transaction was quick and smooth.car was clean and in good condition.Overall we received good service and will rent from this company in the future

Great car, good price, getting and dropping off at the Lodz airport is a little inconvenient as they don't have a desk or office there. An employee brings the car there and picks it up so it's important to communicate in advance if your pickup or dropoff time changes and can be a real hassle if your flight is late

Tha car we receive wasn't actually a company car it was another rental firm called Traficar. Car has problem with brakes!
When I phoned company the gentleman ask me to drive to the airport (Cracow) to swap for another car! When I definitely said NO this is my holiday and I don't gonna loose any minute of it he agreed to deliver new car same day 22:30 so I have to wait!
Another car was from same company called Traficar and after few days of using it started to go funny, but the horror begins when we sit down in the car for journey to the airport and I started motor ok but when I try to go in to a gear I couldn't!
We have our drive to airport and I couldn't get into a gear shocking!
I try to phone a express car rental no answer!
On the end I sorted problem with my knowledge of the cars but I was driving with lots of stress.
So be careful when using this company!

I had two separate bookings with express.pl where pick up and drop off was in different places. Super easy rental, reliable and flexible service during pick up and return. Special thank you to both young men (drivers) showing on time. It was much appreciated.

The cars are usually well prepered and relatively well priced. I am a client for many many years. However outside of working hours the customer service one is supposed to call simply does not pick up the phone. Zero contact. They just dont send any information to foreigh mobiles. Last time I called the day before as I had a drop off at 3:40 am. The customer service within working hours did see that the driver should bw there. So it was in their system. However no information was sent with deiver details later on. Zero. Between 3:30 and 4 am I made many desperate calls and none were answered! I was almost late foe my plane when a family parked next to me by luck and they gave me the contact to the same company’s driver.
I complained. I received an email stating I should have called their customer service number and I did not so I should not complain! It’s outrageous!
Every time there is a pick or drop off issues. Every time we have to wait in the cold outside for the driver. ‚5 min and I will be there’ another ‚5 min’ and another..
I am losing patience. I guess just because I am a loyal customer its allowed to treat me this way. I am considering seriously to switch. Pay more but have proper service.

The vehicle pickup was chaotic. We met in front of the train station, but the address provided was for the bus station, which was 100 meters away. Furthermore, the intermediate section was under construction, and we couldn't reach each other. Contacting Express was an adventure. Their phone system is only in Polish, and although when dialing a number, they repeat it in English, the instructions were in Polish, so we couldn't understand them. In the end, through the rental operator Check24, and with great kindness on their part, we were able to contact Express and schedule a pickup within three hours, but at the Express offices near Chopin Airport.
To avoid the same problems with the return, we arranged to meet them directly at the offices.
As for the vehicle, it was perfect. A two-year-old Clio that was in working order and worked perfectly. 10/10.
