After i made all the payments with Rental app when i went to pick up the car they made me to pay for other insurance as they said it’s not valid that one. Only thing is great was a gentleman called Ivan when i drop the car he was professional.

I rented a Renault Jogger in Warsaw, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. The car was clean, low mileage, and super fuel-efficient, making it a comfortable and enjoyable drive.

What really stood out was the amazing customer service—the team was friendly and professional. The only hiccup was my own mistake—I didn’t read the instructions properly and paid a 5000 PLN deposit, but I got it back with no issues.

Overall, a great experience! I’d definitely rent from them again and highly recommend it to others.

Very efficient and very good value

Almost 5 stars, and why not? Because the first impression was not good, get the car in the Hotel is OK, but must call them, (in polish, my wife) and them they said that we must wait in the Hotel, this process took one hour, and was not good, after that, car is perfect, clean and to return is all ok too, just call them to inform the time, in the same hotel. With more clear information regarding this process, maybe next time will be 5 star.

There is very easy access to services online or by phone. The prices are reasonable, and the cars are good quality and reliable.

Difficult to find the pick-up location in some locations

Everything went very smoothly, vehicle was given to us on time, and even though we arrived at the airport 2 hours before our dropoff time, after a quick call to the customer service centre someone quickly arrived to pick the vehicle up.

Received hybrid car, which was not want I requested. Took the car into the mountains, which was very cold, after hiking all day on Christmas Day, returned to the car which wouldn’t start. Waited several hours on Christmas evening for emergency break down people. They got the car started. Drove the car for two hours to ensure battery was fully charged. Exactly the same thing happened on Boxing Day, 26th dec. car started on the morning, at the end of the walk once again the car would not start! Waited several more hours, this time for a replacement car. I would not recommend this car hire company. Cars are simply not fit for purpose as agreed with the agents we talked to at the car company.

This company is amazing, car was ready in same time when I exiting from airport Shopin in Warsaw, car was very clean, half tank of fuel ⛽, I just signed couple papers on tablet it's take around 10 min, and I got my car. Thank you,so much for your service!!!

Convenient "door to door " service. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Good range of modern cars. Efficient helpdesk, if required.

We received excellent service and a spotless, new nine-seater van. Communication with the company was also exemplary. I would use thier service again if i go again to poland.

Very poor pick-up and drop-off as well as line of communication. Setup caused unnecessary stress and was never reimbursed for returning rental a day earlier.

Had to wait 1 extra hour for the car before giving to me. Very slow process and card reader didn't work. Also the worker English was very poor.
